Great Customer Service
For our school we were looking for a couple different types of headphones, our contact person knew exactly what would work for us. We received them very quickly after placing the order. We have not had a chance to use them, but they look of good quality! We will use this company again!

Compassionate and Generous
I won a monthly giveaway, which in itself is awesome. While corresponding with the company. I told them that my community and school had been hit by a tornado. They sent extra products to help my school. Some of the students whose families were affected by damage will have one less thing to purchase from the supply list when school starts in August. They will be able to use these amazing headphones if they can't provide their own. I appreciate their compassion and generosity!!

Great Customer Service
Our school district placed an order with Encore Data Products and discovered we ordered the wrong item. Encore was very helpful in providing a credit so we could reorder. There was a little mix up with the second order but as soon as it was discovered, the order was placed quickly and efficiently. So there were a few bumps in the road, but the customer service at Encore more than made up for it. It's so nice to do business with a company that cares about its customers.
