I can’t speak for 2020 but in 2024 the shipping was fast. I received what ordered and he states on the site no refunds or exchanges. All sales final with all of that being said here is my review. I used enailcouture years ago & always remembered what I ordered as some of the best products I ever used but I wanted cheaper and overnight shipping and the ability to return it if I wanted so I shopped on Amazon for many years as doing my own nails was something I absolutely loved doing…. I then developed horrible painful allergic reactions to many of my purchases. I did research and finally came to the conclusion that I need hypoallergenic HEMA free products made in the U.S. & remembered enailcouture and ordered everything one would need to do nails of all kinds…. Guess what?! No reactions to any of it. No redness, itching, skin peeling, nail pain… wonderful products. Got them in a week. Great quality. Happy customer.

I've placed 3 orders in and around the time of 2020-2021 and each and every order came as I ordered it and within the disclosed shipping time. This company had to address multiple complaints around the pandemic where it seemed people were ordering large orders and even when delivered wanted refunds. This company had trouble getting certain products out on time during the pandemic due to supply chain issues it seemed and the claims also entailed the company didn't provide quick enough refunds when the customer no longer wanted to wait for stock. It seems since 2021 the complaints have settled. I've never had an issue and this man makes all of his items or at least 90% of his stock in America a feat some would never attempt. As Americans this should be applauded.

Very happy client

I’ve placed about six orders through the website since Jan 2023. Each has been delivered very quickly and promptly. I’ve emailed the customer service team once and had kind, attentive and prompt responses (within one business day).
I’ve even commented on Max’s videos with questions about his products and had even faster responses that were very thoughtful.
I’m also allergic to many nail products and haven’t had reactions to any enail products, which means his hypoallergenic claims hold true. Very pleased, 5⭐️’s

Very disappointing!

Very disappointing!! I ordered a trial of the cotton candy monomer with acrylic and a hand held cat led lamp. The monomer does not smell like cotton candy, I could smell the monomer through the bottle and it was strong. Only 1 of the 3 containers of acrylic was labeled with the color of the acrylic. And the cat lamp, oh the cat lamp. It has to be made of the cheapest material EVER! It was not only hard to open to put batteries in it but I would be surprised if it works when I do get batteries in it. It almost fell apart when I took the top off to see where the batteries went. He says this is made in the USA but he must be getting the cheapest materials. You can tell by reading his disclaimers that he really doesn't care about you as his costumer, he just wants your money and once you buy something, do not expect to get a refund if something is wrong because it's not going to happen. Save your money and go to a better nail company. Kiara Sky, Not Polish, Hail Hause and multiple other companies will treat you the way a costumer is supposed to be treated and they have a better quality of product. Your not getting a deal with Enailcouture, your getting cheap products. Don't let the made in USA fool you.

So I have seen a lot of bad reviews on…

So I have seen a lot of bad reviews on Max Estrada with enailcouture, and I just placed an order on 2/8/23. I have been talking to my daughter Tiffany Richardson and she said" that his products are very good, and worth it, and I should order to see how good they really are. So I said" ok and decided to order from enail couture. I just order last night so we shall see how long it takes, because most items that are ordered usually take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks normally, with any company, before you get them. I've ordered from all over even with Temu, which takes forever because they are in China. L'ange hair products have no idea, where. However, I get them within a week to two weeks. Most companies always send packages out within a normal 2 to 4 weeks. Sometimes soon, However, since the pandemic happened. You can't blame the companies for their shipping process due to USPS, FedEx, or UPS DHL happens to be the worst, I have to say" about that shipping company because of the shipping and the way they throw the packages around. He cannot be blamed for that or lost items due to the address you put on the package. I can't wait to receive my package.....I will come back with a new review when I get my package. P.S. The reason why I am giving four stars is that I haven't received the product yet. Hoping I receive it within the normal time.

I love ENC products

I love ENC products! He's starting his business from the ground up and people wanting free products because USPS damaged the package isn't fair to Max and the people should put complaints in with USPS. Max shouldn’t be responsible for that. So take it up with crappy mail carriers. I love his products and they are made in USA, It's clear to see on packaging. Certain laws say you can't falsely package products. ENC is also reasonably priced and they work very well. Maybe to well😆 So get off his back 🤨

FALSE Advertisement

I have wore acrylic

I have wore acrylic, gel, powder, etc nails most of my adult life. During the whole Covid joke, I ordered this to do my own & OMG! Apparently I am allergic to everything he sells! My fingers were swollen for a month, my cuticle and all the skin under my nails peeled more than once. The itching was almost unbearable. Even now, 2 years+ later & I am still not able to get my nails done!

BEWARE OF ENAIL COUTURE

As a first time customer, this company did me really wrong. This company is only good for taking your money. Exactly why they have a no refund/exchange/and no cancellation policy. If you don’t want to have shipping protection and courage to take care of your customers when something goes wrong, there is no point in investing into your company. He purchases all of his products from China and lies about them being made in the USA, there is now way!! Customer Service is no better and you’re not able to talk to a live person, only via email. Waste of your time and money. Go ahead and waste your money if you want. As a first time buyer like myself, purchasing a used mini toy nail drill that cost $299.98 looked used, screen was scratched and didn’t work at all. They had the nerve to blame shipping. Everything was perfectly packaged, no way in hell it was shippings fault. The only good thing they know how to do is SCAM people out of their money so beware of purchasing any items from them.

Don't spend your money here!

This company and their customer service is garbage in my opinion. They don't put any insurance on any packages they ship so when it goes missing you're SOL because you won't be able to file a claim with the carrier. Nor will they offer any assistance even if the carrier provides a letter of missing package. This company doesn't give a crap about you as a consumer once they have your money. I suggest spending your money elsewhere like Kiarasky where they offer you the option to buy insurance to protect your purchases.

High quality products with adorable…

High quality products with adorable packaging. I love the Happy Gel the most because I get the strength of acrylic with control of a poly gel. The best part is you can use slip solution or any monomer you like. I use the cotton candy monomer as well with all of my acrylic systems. Their products are very affordable. Gel polishes are around $10 which is very reasonable. The majority of their products are made in the USA which is awesome! I live on the west coast and my orders take 3 -4 days to get to me. The packaging is always so cute and pink. I love this brand and use it on all of my clients as well as myself.

No Thanks

I bought the e-file that retails for $299 without tax and when it arrived the screen was scratched up. There wasn't a protective plastic on it or anything. I reached out not realizing they have the shi**** policies and customer service, just asking for some compensation because I'm sure the product works fine but why did I spend that much money to receive a unit with the screen scratched. They blamed it on shipped which makes no sense because it's snug in a box with foam around it and a foam piece on top, then the box is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. There is NO WAY the screen could of gotten like that during shipping. They said to file a claim with the shipping carrier and usps didn't let me do that. I full heartedly believe it was the way the product was handled before. They ignored my request for compensation and they do no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Issued me a code for in-store use. I don't even live in the same state. Then they issued an online code which I won't use. The site is a joke anyway. Honestly I'm so unimpressed with this brand that I will never buy from them again. I've used different products by them before in school but if I knew this is how it would go out of school, I would of never bought from them. It's made in the USA and it shows just how much they don't care.

I actually liked the products at first

I actually liked the products at first. Especially the tips. I ordered the 123 system. I didn’t have any issues getting my order. However, absolutely no instructions. I get you can go online and see a lot of videos, but as a licensed cosmetologist, I like all products to come with instructions. A lot of the products we use can cause reactions, some very painful and serious. It is awkward to apply the nails on yourself. Hard to hold the nail on and put it in a lamp or even if you buy his light to cure. I read where one person said she put the light in her mouth so one hand could hold the nail on the other hand. Also, I too had a horrible reaction to this system. Very painful. I had to remove the nails and when I did I could see where these tips had left little purple spots on the sides of my nails that look like bruises. I would suggest if you try this system to try one nail, and see what happens. I’ve used many acrylic and gel systems, and this is the first time I’ve ever had a reaction. I did contact the company, I was told if I thought I was having a reaction, I should call my doctor. Duh!!! What I wanted to know was if I had done something wrong, so if I applied on someone else, I wouldn’t make the same mistake. But, no one could tell me what I might have done wrong. So, I will use the tips to practice my designs. I can’t risk using this system on someone else. I wouldn’t want them to go through what I did. They’d never trust me to do their nails again. Very glad I tried them on myself first. Good luck if you try this system. I really hope no one else will have the reaction I did, very painful!!!

Terrible customer service experiences

It's a shame because the products really are excellent quality and the brand anesthetic is on point, but their customer service makes me never want to recommend them. If you get lucky and there are no issues with the order you'll be very happy with the products. Things happen, though, and when things go wrong don't expect any help from them. They flat out ignore emails, don't offer solutions and refuse refunds even when the product is defective from manufacturing. They also refuse to take any responsibility for shipping issues, and their shipping times can be fast or very very very slow. Orders will not be canceled, even if its taking them months to ship it out. And on my last order, when a couple of gel polishes came dried out, I had to open a paypal case to get a response. Their offer? Send back the whole order at my expense to get a full refund. The 2 products that came damaged totaled 10 dollars. They need to improve their customer service because as they stand they'll only continue to lose business. I know I'll be hesitant to order nore from them despite loving the brand. Shame.
