DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
Purchased an E20 Smartwatch.
I should have checked out Trustpilot first.
The watch arrived within the stated time, but still it was a long wait. The blurb states that it is made in Europe and that's a lie, it's made in China and comes from China. The instructions are in terrible English (do these people have any intelligence?) I suspect that the watch had been used previously because it was almost fully charged and there was no protective plastic even though that was indicated.
My main reason for purchasing was for the BP and ECG monitor. Well, I can tell you that the BP monitor is useless as it by far increased my actual BP. Also it cannot be read in sunlight. If you wish to store data of a reading on the watch and it is too little the watch reads litter and not little. What is the difficulty! Also, the first day of use saw it freeze and I had to put it on charge to reset it.
So, a somewhat expensive smartwatch that I would like to return but won't be returning because their answer to my email was I had to make a video of the fault, but of course I couldn't replicate the original problem so that was that. Anyway, If I did return they charge for the original posting out to me and, B: after reading all the negative reviews I don't trust them. In the end I sold it on ebay for £60.
Lastly, I will be avoiding all Chinese products from now on for reasons most will understand.

Scum suckers but i have their address in the canary islands where i will be i september, for their sake i hope they have my refund ready.

It took almost 3 months to arrive but when it did I was sure this was my worst purchase ever. The blood pressure measurements are completely bogus (as proven with 2 different instruments) and even the daily number of steps are liable to zero out for no reason at all. The instructions, as incomplete as they are, are useless as the watch never reacts the same way twice. Someone has to find who's behind this and hound him out of business.

Again. Asked for advise and was told over 30 days they can’t help.

After 2.5 months waiting for delivery and several emails to Adogadgets. The E20 smart watch arrived. Within 1 day the watch displayed incorrect time,inability to perform the simplest of programs and displayed a green line directly through the watch face.
This watch and company is a complete fraud. The watch is a complete piece of garbage!!!. Refund is virtually impossible. SCAM beware!!!

Ordered a shipment - Canada Post say they have delivered but found nothing in my mailbox. Canada Post have asked ado gadgets to set up an investigation but they refuse to. Avoid buying from this company - it is fraudulent and phoney

I had high expectations of this watch. The time and date intermittently reset to 9am and 01 date, as well as deleting steps, and all other records.
Advised Adogadgets, but all I have had is delaying tactics and little interest in resolving the issues.

What good is a watch you cannot rely on to provide the basic of telling accurate time.

Have sent the watch back to Adogadgets Tenerife office, and await further developments.

I ordered a Smartwatch in early May. The transport was OK until it reached Germany. Then the tracking wasn't updated any more. Adogadget promised it would be delivered within the next days for weeks, there were only problems with the tracking. After a few weeks, I canceled the order. They refused to refund the payment. After the tracking wasn't updated for one month I contacted the parcel company. They confirmed that they were instructed to deliver a parcel to me but the parcel was never handed out to them for transport. When I complained to Adogadget about that and expected the refund, the parcel suddenly was given to the parcel company end of June and delivered on the next day. Since I had canceled I refused to accept the parcel and the parcel carrier returned it to the return address given by the sender. I asked again for a refund, and now they told me it's their company policy never to refund any parcel with carrier return. They only refund if the parcel is delivered back to a specific address in China.

Ich habe Anfang Mai eine Smartwatch bestellt. Der Transport war in Ordnung bis nach Deutschland. Dann wurde das Tracking nicht mehr aktualisiert. Adogadget versprach wochenlang, dass es innerhalb der nächsten Tage geliefert werden würde, es gäbe nur Probleme mit der Paketverfolgung. Nach einigen Wochen stornierte ich die Bestellung. Sie weigerten sich, die Zahlung zu erstatten. Nachdem das Tracking einen Monat lang nicht aktualisiert wurde, kontaktierte ich die Paketfirma. Sie bestätigten, dass sie angewiesen wurden, mir ein Paket zu liefern, aber das Paket wurde ihnen nie zum Transport ausgehändigt. Als ich mich bei Adogadget darüber beschwerte und die Rückerstattung erwartete, wurde das Paket plötzlich Ende Juni an die Paketfirma übergeben und am nächsten Tag zugestellt. Da ich storniert hatte, verweigerte ich die Annahme, und der Paketdienstleister schickte es an die vom Absender angegebene Absenderadresse zurück. Ich bat erneut um eine Rückerstattung, und jetzt sagten sie mir, es sei ihre Firmenrichtlinie, niemals ein Paket mit Rückgabe durch den Paketzusteller zurückzuerstatten. Sie erstatten nur, wenn das Paket an eine bestimmte Adresse in China zurückgeschickt wird.

Cannot supply replacement but still selling - now blaming Covid for no action!!

I ordered a product on Independence Day until now two and a half months after I did not receive !!! What's 13/5 There is no update
I begged them for proper treatment and turned the world around for it and the responses I get are completely robotic

We have had nothing but problems with this company, first of all took longer than 7 -10 days to receive product, then we connected to app said it was an e11 not a e20 so emailed them to ask for a refund they said it was the same product, then couldn't get it to connect to app. when you receive a message on phone and tap your watch to see who it is it t completely clears your data , lags alot so again asked for refund and again phobbed us off on how to use watch which we know . had it just over a month and there seems to be marking on screen and considering we dont use it near water( even though its suppose to be waterproof) and have been stuck in house on lockdown so havnt been anywhere to damage it and there is supposed to be a 1 yr guarantee they again are refusing to do anything about it . They are basically scam artists selling a watch as an e20 which if you look up e20 you can take phone calls etc which this one doesnt and if you look up what theirs is it's a cheap knock off and is an e11 . DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED

Do not be taken in by this site!! The L20 smart watch looked so good (too good to be true, it turned out) that I bought one and downloaded the recommended app. The package arrived after some weeks, clearly having been sent from China. Initially the watch looked pretty good, as advertised, paired with the app via bluetooth as promised, and picked up the correct time, but it lost this fairly soon and will not now link again to the app, although it seems to keep trying ("automatic pairing failed" time and time again). The instructions are in Chinese I think, with a largely incomprehensible 'English' translation that just wasn't worth struggling with. Having read other reviews now I realise it is not worth trying to get help or a refund from the suppliers - life is too short - but I guess this is the sort of reaction that these Chinese/Spanish(?) suppliers rely on for their livelihood. The reviews of this watch on the suppliers' website must surely be fake, being virtually identical to those given for other products listed on the site.

Dear customers, I have just bought an E20 smartwatch from Adogadgets. After a few contacts, the shipment is delivered in 2 weeks. At first it looked like a nice watch, until I read the description.
This showed that it was a Smartwatch L11, which is sold for about € 30 on Aliexpress. see website and search for microwear L11
So don't fall for this, you will be screwed!

An E20 Smart watch (£93) was purchased for my father in law. It took 21 days to arrive and on arrival was defective. We requested a refund of the full amount a quote the T & C polices available on the website e.g 30 day money back guarantee. All complaint email correspondence appeared to be either automated or copy and pasted, and was repeated each time, offering no resolution. Eventually, they offered a 50% refund, but only if the item was posted back to china costing £48 signed for, with no alternative European address. Completely useless and an obvious scam. Stay away!!

Just received the supposed E20 smartwatch from Adogadgets.(June 28 )Instructions ...Useless. The watch appears to have been used or at least connected before....I cannot even get to the menus or anything else on this thing after ordering it on April 30. It will not connect even with the correct software. Can't even set the time!

They have sent a tracking number but it hasn´t changed since 16/04/2020.

Got my money and never deliver After 3 months, just in case I ask my bank to challenge the transaction, they still play games as if they are going to give me my Monet back.

This watch is not user friendly like has mention on their promotion. It not worth the price to pay. Now my Bluetooth can even connect with the watch and I have bought a 3 years warranty. Has written to them and awaiting their reply. If possible I would like to return the watch and get a refund. So disappointing on the product... 😢

I also made a very big mistake and bought a "smartwatch"from this "company"? I thought : 'let's give it a try' but I'll like to be save than sorry so I paid it through Paypal. Telling them I wasn't satified at all they offered me a 50% discount. guess what ? :They tell me now they can't pay back even that 50% because Paypal have their money.
The most astonishing : I have asked Paypal to recover my money from this dishonest "company" but : no reaction from paypal at all !!
Even doïng business with this company trough paypal is questionable.
