I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Em@ney plc. The bank appears to be unclear and untransparent in managing my account. I found myself with access to my account blocked and was unable to contact the bank in any way, as they did not provide any phone number or email contact. This leaves me concerned for the safety of my funds and the management of my account. I would be very interested to see if the consumer watchdog will conduct thorough investigations into this banking institution, as I believe that customers deserve to have a safe and transparent experience with their bank.
