Purchased a skoda yeti from these lads a month ago (9th april)

I wanted to wait a month to write this review, so I could establish any teething problems with the vehicle.

I've owned skodas for most of my driving experience, and can't fault the vehicles.

To date, I can confirm that I have had zero issues with the vehicle, the vehicle was taken for a service shortly after purchase and was found with clean filters, so service had been carried out before sale I assume, and all fluids, including adblue were full.

The sales team were extremely friendly offering multiple hot and cold drinks throughout the time I spent there, which amounted to near two hours, due to transaction and funding problems on my behalf.

A special thanks to Rayhan, who processed all the paperwork and sale of the vehicle, and thanks once again for the photos of the sale.

Bought a van just before Xmas had it delivered next I go out to use it battery was flat rang them up and they told it's been sitting on forecourt so I jumped it and drove it about next day flat battery rang a mechanic and turned out it was the starter motor fixed it rang eastmidlands and said they would pay for this never did 1 month later spring broke asked me to go through warranty no one could fix it for weeks I need van for work so had someone fix it eastmidlands vans not interested asked for my for 2 problems within 5 weeks of ownership no response once it's sold they don't care

Extreamly friendly and professional staff. The vehicles are of high quality and still reasonably priced. I would Definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a vehicle.

I purchased a car in February when it arrived the engine management light was on, the speakers were not working as the MMI was faulty , the general state of the car was extremely poor. I followed the correct procedure to return this car within the time frame however it has taken nearly 4 weeks to receive any of my deposit back and they have deducted £770 and refusing to pay it back with no explanation as to why.
Everytime we call it is ‘Mahood’ who answers and is extremely unprofessional, is unaware of their policy and procedures and finds it funny that we have 2 small children and no transport to take them to childcare.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Clear and simple process. See a car you like and then the guys will look after you. No sales pressure of any kind. They kept me up to date with each day and day of collecting car was polished again even though was already clean. No hassle or fuss of any kind. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Had a great experience buying from the guys at East Midlands Vans. Purchased a used Golf from them last week, and they made the whole process really straightforward, with great communication throughout. The car only had a few months left on the MOT at the time so they got a fresh 12 months done before I collected the car, fully cleaned inside and out ready for collection as well! Loving the car so far. Would highly recommend these guys!
