So far so good.....
I purchased this tea as I don’t sleep well, and although I’ve only been taking it for a couple of nights, my sleep pattern seems to be slightly better. So far so good.

I'm really happy to hear that your sleeping pattern has improved slightly.
I'm not sure which blend(s) you've tried but it can take a little time to find the right dosage for you, based on your tolerance, metabolism etc.
To potentially increase the potency of CBD (or other cannabinoids) you could add a coconut oil capsule (or any other plant-based fat). Fats trigger the intestinal lymphatic system, transporting cannabinoids more efficiently.

Worked a treat.

This tea is amazing
This tea is amazing. I suffer from chronic back pain and am on a very high dosage of anti-inflammatories and painkillers. This tea has made me cut down on my medication by nearly 70%.
