I ordered a pair of boots for my wife, paid in full and heard nothing. I emailed them for them to then say the boots were not available. They reckoned that they had emailed me about this, but they hadn't. I basically had to ask to get the money back into my account. What a poor service that you can order and pay for stuff that they then claim not to have in stock, and worse that you have to ask for your money back.

My first, and last time of doing trade with EMU

My fourth order with Temu, other orders not good, but products in my latest orders very poor. The returns system stacked against the buyer, because I did not want to return one item, only a small refund. I accepted a refund of 3 gbp on an order with a return value of over 20 gbp. One item was very important to me.

I actually thought I was on wrong site when I see the negative reviews,I had a few emu boots recently and due to needing customer service I was amazed at how helpful and easy to talk to a lady called Georgia. who was A class,thank you I would definitely highly recomend buying emu boots I love mine and the customer service I received was excellent 🤩

I ordered a coat from this company but it wasn't the same quality as the one on the photo so I tried to return it, I was sent a return form to put in the parcel and was told the return label would be sent in four days time, the label wasn't sent but I was told the parcel had to be returned within a certain time, I will not order from this company again.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company’ I needed to do a return of boots £140 they charged me £8 postage, printed the return label, posted in local post office box, following all instructions the locker opened and I popped in the boots.. over a week later still no acknowledgment of return or refund, I've sent emails and no response but an automated message.. where is your customer care or support, should have kept the boots and sold them myself.. will not buy from this company again.

Ordered Jolie slippers and normally am a uk 5 but ordered uk 6 and they fit me just fine! Quality is superb, they are definitely quality.
