The work was carried out satisfactorily . The engineer was a bit too keen to leave before checking the system was working properly. To his credit he did come quickly to unblock the filter which had blocked and caused the system to remain in standby.

Very knowledgeable in discussing pros and cons of having a heat pump prior to installation. Carried out the installation in a prompt and professional way. We are very happy with the result. Definitely use these guys again.

We had an emergency - a pipe burst in our bathroom, water had gone through to 3 rooms below. The insurance company was not able to send out anyone on their ‘emergency’ service until 5 days later, despite having someone with disabilities living in the house. Pete, however, came over the same day and resolved the issue within minutes. Plus he gave us sensible advice re the water that had escaped.
