I tried this red light therapy and I really liked it. You just sit there and relax, and it feels warm and calming. After a few sessions I noticed I felt less sore and my skin looked better. It’s simple, relaxing, and I highly suggest it.

Great experience overall. The product quality is excellent and I was very happy to receive my order before Christmas.

Customer Service is non existent. I, like others reporting on this site, placed my order in early December in time for Christmas. Based on my delivery address, this should have been received over a week ago. I cannot track it because the "shop app" that they force you to use has no updated shipping information. In fact, the vendor website says it has been shipped, but Shop says it's waiting for instructions. I spent well over $1200 and have no Christmas gifts to give. I have written to the email address (the only way to reach them) multiple times for over a week. No reply at all. I'm literally begging them for info on my order. I wish I could just cancel at this point. Also, who charges a 15% restocking fee for items not even delivered? Order #'s 55754 and 55757. Before you reply that 55754 shows delivered, that is not the case. Only one small item (a bulb) from that $800 order was delivered. That's all I've received. The masks and firefly and dragon and firewave have not been delivered.

Update to review from Dec 16. One day later, a representative reached out to me. She explained what happened with their order backlog and made a huge effort to remedy my situation so that I had some of my products in time for Christmas. They went above and beyond (once contact was made). They were overwhelmed with orders. I really appreciate the effort to get my gifts to me. I received everything today, Dec 23.

I placed my order on 11/28, 20 days ago. I still waiting a tracking number. I'm extremely disappointed. I've been emailing the last few day and have no answer. On 12/10 I received an email: "A shipment from order #52715 is on the way". But today, 12/18 I don't have the items, no tracking number and no answer to may emails. I'm traveling soon and it was a gift. You just took my money; I never had so bad experience before. The worst thing is that I recommended this brand to other friends because you were supposed to be a serious and competent brand. Obviously I'm not planning to recomend you ever again. I failed becauso didn't came to the comments before making a purchase. Now I can see a lot of people in the same situation.

I ordered from this company Nov 20th, I received 2 lamp stand( just as expensive as the device) instead of red light devices. I made a mistake with the order and they responded that they would help with a return and get back to me with the process. I haven’t heard back from them in weeks. They charge for restocking and return. The customer service is terrible.. if I can’t return these and get the actual red lights I wanted to order is really disappointing. I don’t trust this company.

I didn’t receive my product or news about it. 15 day ago I bought an EMR light, I’m in US, that means my order will be delivered fast, I’m trying to get the costumer service by e mail again and again, because it is the only way that they offer, but nobody answers nothing.
Also to get the refund the product needs to be delivered, I need to travel and I need my product, it has been extremely exhausted. I mean I already paid but I didn’t get my product on time and now I don’t know how to get it because this company never answered me.
