I placed an order on 1/3/26. Twenty-five days have passed and still no ship date. I’ve emailed several times, reply takes days to receive and response is always the same “We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and the delay caused…” Customer service is definitely lacking. I couldn’t be more disappointed

Absolutely the worst customer service. They do not have a link to return an item on their website. I sent them an email almost 3 weeks ago, and several since, and they still have not processed the return. They will occasionally send me an email back asking if I am sure i want to return it and I have asked several times to just return it. The reason I want to return is simple. When I ordered the product, it sais 2-5 business days to ship, and it took SIX WEEKS to get the device, long after Christmas, and it was intended as a Christmas gift. There is absolutely no reason for them to give me the run around with the return.

Do not use this company. The Inferno Pro was $1,300 and arrived unusable because the correct power cord was missing.
I clearly explained that contacting the gift giver is not a safe or appropriate option for me due to personal boundaries, provided multiple photos showing the exact product and missing component, and asked for an alternative way to verify the purchase. That information was disregarded, and support continued to insist on contacting the gift giver or providing an order number — for a simple power cord.
It has now been over a week of attempting to resolve this issue, with delayed responses and no meaningful effort made to move the situation forward. For a product at this price point, anyone would reasonably expect significantly better customer support.
This experience of nonperformance reflects extremely poor quality control, customer care, and overall professionalism. I trusted EMR-TEK with a $1,300 purchase and did not receive reasonable support.

I purchased a panel and premium stand in September 2025. The order arrived quickly, but the instructions on how to assemble the stand were incomplete. I finally figured it out after looking for help on YouTube. I ordered a second stand on 11/27/25, and received a panel instead on 12/9/25. I contacted the company to arrange for a return and to get the item I ordered. I finally got a response a few weeks later requesting a picture of the panel. I sent a picture of the panel, but have not received any follow-up response in 3 weeks. I get marketing emails from them almost daily, but no resolution to my problem.
Update: The company did reply and resolved my issue on 2/3/26.

I have contacted the company 3 times in 7 weeks requesting a return due to my daughter receiving the same gift from her husband. They do respond after 7-10 days each time by saying they are too busy. Plus, they are going to charge a restocking fee! When and if they ever send a return label, I have to pay the postage! The package was NEVER OPENED!!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BEWARE!

I want to give this company better reviews, since I believe in the product. However, after a ton of unanswered emails asking where my part of my order has been, I haven’t had any success with customer support. I would advise to be aware of post sales support, it’s a little ironic getting the marketing emails every day but not receiving a reply about the status of part of my order (the Light Stand).
Considering the price of the products is at a premium, I would have expected better customer support.

Their panels are good quality, after using it I recommended these panels to my family and friends.
Unfortunately my last purchase during the holiday sale was unsatisfactory. I have a firedragon and my friend also has a firedragon. We decided to get the firefly for the portability, but we were BOTH sent the firewave instead. Since the firewave is not portable and we already have the firedragon, we have no use for the firewave. It has been over two weeks and the company has yet to rectify the issue. I consider myself a reasonable person, I understand that companies can make mistakes, but please don’t ghost your customers, especially returning ones. If I didn’t value customer service, I would have purchased from a website like Aliexpress.

Requested a return label which I received promptly. My issue is with the customer service team. I tracked my return shipment and it arrived on 12/24/25. I had to write SIX emails to support, send two FB messages and forward my initial emails to another gmail address I found on the facebook page before I received a reply on my refund status. In the end it was the facebook message that got a response. I finally received my refund on January 17, 2026

We’ve slowly transitioned our home to EMR-TEK products, and I can honestly say the difference in how we feel—especially in the evenings—has been huge.
We use the red light bulbs in all of our bedrooms, and my kids absolutely love them. They call it their “party light,” but what I love is how quickly it helps everyone wind down at night. Bedtime is calmer, screens don’t overstimulate them the same way, and the overall energy in the room just feels more peaceful. We also keep daylight bulbs in our living room and bathroom during the day, with one red bulb in the living room to gently transition our family into evening mode. All products ordered have been great though not all come with full instructions - I'm thinking mounting instructions for the Inferno Pro. Other than that cannot complain although, be patient, some lines are in short supply and can take a little bit longer to ship.

I have requested for a return label for an unwanted product multiple times. they have responded saying they will be sending it soon but i havnt received anything. its been 3 weeks since my request. It seems they are deliberately delaying the process so my eligibility for return expires. very unethical and dishonest. its a shame.

I ordered an LED mask, red light device, and bulbs from EMR-TEK:
Order Number: #50383
Order Date: 22 November 2025
Amount Paid: €628.32
At the time of purchase no proper invoice was provided. When the parcel reached Ireland, Customs requested a commercial invoice and proof of payment. I had to email EMR-TEK for weeks before I finally received an appropriate invoice to submit to Customs.
After reviewing the documents, Irish Customs confirmed that the shipment had been significantly undervalued by the sender:
- Declared value on the parcel: €96.31
- Actual purchase value: €628.32
Because of this incorrect declaration, Customs:
- Seized the goods
- Charged VAT and duty of €155.85
- Added a customs penalty of €194.81
The total required to release the order is a whopping €350.66, which is an extra 56% on top of what I already paid!
Customs advised me to contact EMR-TEK directly as the issue arose from their paperwork, not anything I did. I contacted the company asking how they would resolve it, but I received no response.
Right now I have:
- Paid €628.32 for the products
- No possession of them
- Facing €350.66 additional charges due solely to the seller’s declaration and failure to provide correct documentation
Buyers in the EU should be aware:
if the company under-declares your order or fails to issue a proper invoice, you carry the penalties and risk losing the goods entirely.
