The jacket I got was nothing like the picture....it was advertised as flannel....it came today, the colors and design are different and it's polyester....cheap looking...it cost $90 and was a gift to my grandson...I will never order from Couture Emporium again and I want a refund

Horrible quality! Nothing like the picture

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They are a total scam. I ordered an item that looked nothing like the pictures. Now, they require me to return it to their warehouse in China, which will take 2-3 months for the item to arrive before they can process my refund.

DEFINATE SCAM website!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!. After watching a reel via my Facebook for a Christmas tree that was pre-lit, and electric, like an idiot I went straight to the shop (Emporium Shop) and ordered (31 Euros). My 1st email to them, was responded to with, "Hey, what's up?:-)" I should have known then this was a total scam...they said, in terrible english, not to worry that my order was being processed... yea right!!!🤬 Waited another week, still no updates, sent another email, same "What's up" response😡 given the same bullXXXX Guess what, after another week no tracking,no update, no goods. I have just reported this to my banks Retail Dispute Team, they will be able to go direct to the scammers bank to get a full refund👍They also advised that I go on the Action Fraud Police website to report the crime, which I have done, I would highly recommend other victims of this scam company do the same, they are scamming people now, they need to be stopped ✋️

Stupidly ordered something 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from them since and not holding my breath I'll ever get what I ordered ... Don't waste your time and money on there website it's obviously a scam ... Your lucky I had to give you 1star because you don't even deserve that

These are scammers. They are selling items for £40 making them look amazing in photos. But they turn out to be totally substandard in quality and selling for £10 on Amazon. Then they make all excuses to allow you to return. My advice- DO NOT BUY! They just stop responding once they know you just want to return and a refund, after they exhaust all avenues to offer you discount on another order.

Absolute scam! Dress NOTHING like in the picture and they offer you a discount rather than a return with refund. did not reply to me until I had the credit card company involved to dispute and still then would try not to refund me. Had

I purchased a sweater in March costing £40.00 but when it arrived it looked cheap and not like the online picture. I returned to their factory in China at an extra cost of £21.00 in order to get a (partial in view of the cost of postage) refund. The jumper has arrived back today-address in China unknown, seven months later!

Cheap clothing from China. Looks nothing like what the website shows. No returns unless you pay to ship it back to China. STAY AWAY from this scam of a company.

AVOID! Ordered a tracksuit, terrible quality, looked nothing like the picture, very flammable and took 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed to say I wanted to return the item for all of the above reasons, they insisted it had to be sent back to their factory in China to get a refund. Item was returned over 2 months ago and still no refund, they've disappeared and don't respond to any emails. ZERO STARS, AVOID AVOID AVIOD!

Very upset ordered the coat they were advertising! Not like the photo at all very cheap not warm and huge 😡🤬
I have been trying to reach someone cannot get anyone email doesn’t work and I will not give up ! I have sent chat messages with my phone number ….
Company should be shut down if you can’t make the quality and you do not have a phone number or way to contact for returns you should not be open for business🥺😩😤

I would give zero Stars if I could. I ordered a sweater a month ago and upon reaching out to the company twice I finally got told that it has sold out and they issued me a gift card to make things resolved. I don't want to gift card I want my money back. This business has very very bad business practice.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, you can't return your items as they offer no refund of money. The goods are really poor quality so I should imagine most people will want a refund. They fob you off saying it will cost too much to return the items and take 3 months to return to China so not worth it. They are stealing peoples money, they need shutting down. WE NEED TO MAKE SURE NOBODY ORDERS FROM THEM, TELL EVERYBODY!!!!

Please stay away from this fake Chinese base company. The products are all cheap quality and don’t waste your money.

The product I ordered is poorly made, thin, and cheap. The customer is responsible for return postage and products have to be returned to their CHINA BASED warehouse even though it shipped from a California warehouse.
Sick and tired of companies leading customers to believe they are US based and they are NOT. No more online buying for me. Waste of hard earned money. DONE !!

If I could I would give a 0 stars. Avoid this store as this is a proper scam. I bought few items and when it arrived I was so angry. The sizes are completely not adequate and the quality of it is the worst I have ever seen. When I contacted them to send this back and get the refund they were trying to force me to give up with the process. They said that I will have to pay a lot of money to send it back to China and some stamp duty as well. When I emailed them that I will send it by my self to China as I found tracking delivery for around £10 they never came back to me again so I have reported this to my bank as in my opinion this is a 100% scam

HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a coat and it was made out of the cheapest materials. It smelled really bad, like chemicals. And it looked nothing like what was pictured.

I ordered 8 items. It took weeks to arrive. 2 items were missing and an item was so cheap it practically was sweet though and fell apart taking it of the package.
I have requested a refund for the 2 items never delivered and I have heard nothing from them.
I wound NOT order….unless you want to be diss appointed.

I had an order go through but was then cancelled by Babylon Emporium. I was promised a refund but was not received and no acknowledgement to my enquiries received over past months

THIS REVIEW IS FOR EMPORIUM -ALLURE.COM NOT EMPORIUM.COM(which appears to be a photographer's website). While my experience from start to finish was very good (customer service superb; my concern that my order wasn't moving along was responded to IMMEDIATELY and the rep agreed there seemed to be a problem and without any quibbling re-shipped the product, which she followed up on regularly and which I received VERY quickly). The sweater is GORGEOUS, heavy and high quality. I ordered the "Women's Button Down Cardigan with Long Sleeve" in gray and highly recommend it. HOWEVER I am compelled to post this update 11/4/2024. I just found this EXACT same sweater on one of the BIG TWO Chinese online app sites for $13.97. Even the model photo is the same EXACT photo for the sweater. I paid $47.99. NEVER AGAIN. I am mostly disappointed with myself for not realizing this product would certainly be available on one of those sites. So shop around ladies. Most apparel from China can be found on the big two for a fraction of the price of other websites.
