Our experience with Employment Hero has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has helped streamline a number of our HR processes. It has made tasks such as performance management, policy acknowledgements, and team member record keeping much more efficient. The system continues to evolve, and overall it has been a helpful tool for our business.

Very reactive company when you are trying to source new avenues or have an issue. Replies are very quick and always have good options.

Employment Hero always strives to improve the platform. We always discover new features. Recently, we have been using the rostering tool for our departments, which helps us manage timesheets and overtime, which ultimately results in efficient cost management.

Along with this, when payday super is coming to effect. I am 100% certain that EH will be ready for this and will have enough resources for platform users.

I manage payroll accross 3 different industries in australia (Construction, Hospitality, Real Estate) The platform has really elevated our employee experience. The support from the EH team has been fast and valuable.

This app is very well made and is easy to use

Employment is my go to as a People and Culture Director. Only today I was trying to sell to our colleagues from other associations across Australia with the WGEA reporting features and the Happiness Survey in particular with the Psychosocial laws in place.
We love it!

Easy to access, easy to find features like payslips, displays the needed statistics and simple interface

Normally we receive a great service. Today we had a critical payroll issue. Its end of year, HMRC reporting etc. Ticket raised an no response. Bot has raised further tickets. There is no email address to contact in a critical payroll situation. Very disappointing.

The support staff are lovely, that's the only positive. Everything else has been a disaster. Now they have moved to a chat-only support model, which creates a fundamental problem: the chat clears when the page refreshes while you're working in the platform. Having to stop work to keep a support chat alive isn't practical. When I emailed to flag this, I got an auto-reply telling me to use the chat. That is precisely the issue I was writing about, I have no way to report a problem with the chat except through the chat itself.

Beyond that: broken links, failed template uploads, empty interactive demos, help articles that don't match what's actually on screen, resources referencing plan tiers that don't map to what I actually pay for, and an AI bot that gives conflicting information and throws "unable to load image" on every single response.

I signed up for software that would give me more time. It's created more problems than I started with. We're a 56-person team locked into a 12-month contract with no working complaints channel except the chatbot, ironic, given that Employment Hero publishes grievance policy templates for other businesses.

Employment Hero is a simple and effective way to manage staff, annual leave, assets, contracts, policies and much more all in one platform. It makes HR and payroll so much easier and more secure. It's also super easy to scale up as your business grows.

HR features were pretty easy and didn't require any guides to navigate around

Very hard to get help from a human. Businesses can change quickly and admins can come and go and getting help to train a new user is very hard

Employment Hero has combined a number of previous legacy programs into one integrated and easy to use platform. It is intuitive and has greatly improved on our employee management capabilities but also for performance tracking and recruitment.

I like that it is a digital based platform

We have been using employment hero for a few years now and their ongoing development features assist us greatly.

We also use payroll and have never had an issue.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for an easy to use, seamless, end to end hr solution! Your team will also love it!

We have been able to make work arounds if we run into any issues that don't align with what we need. The way EH is constantly evolving is a big green tick.

It supports our business needs but I feel it is expensive

The Employment Hero app and platform is easy to use as a employer and employee. Its so easy and quick to use for my team to book leave, they can see if it clashes with anyone and i can approve leave from anywhere as the app is great. It shows up to date balances of leave which is very handy.
