I have ordered a empire jacket February 22 2025 emp 131934 today is march 22 2026 I have not yet received my order customer service keeps saying we will check in on it and saying they haven’t heard anything back from The people who suppose to ship item I am so fed up as we speck can someone from empir look into my order please

At first I submitted a negative evaluation of Empire Tactical. Due to misunderstandings on the part of both parties, I ended up with a backpack in Brazilian customs awaiting an absurd amount of import duties to pay. Brazilian customs, one of the most corrupt in the world, loves this sort of stuff. Anyway, the pack was returned to Empire Tactical in the USA and their transport company paid the return transport fees. I just received my full reimbursement including freight today. I appreciate Empire Tactical following up on this and for the reimbursement. I would delete my previous evaluation if possible. It was pretty nasty and I did not give Empire Tactical a chance to make things right. They really came through.

This company also does business as the Union Fire Store. I placed a prepaid order for a listed 'in stock' item, received a package with reasonable speed, and was sent the wrong merchandise. The site says best way to contact is by text or phone. I tried that and email several times with no response at all. Both of these company's have no way to leave reviews. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

Not sure whats happened with Empire Tactical USA. I have ordered from them numerous times over the years. They have always been slow, but came through. I placed an order over a month ago. I tried to contact them three times--zero dialogue. The last attempt, I told them I would cancel my order through my bank if they didn't get their act together. Following that, I got an email my order shipped. I checked the tracking number over the days, its been stuck in pre-shipment for the past 7 days....slick. Very bored with this and cancelled through my bank. They sure as hell want your money, but obviously feel any communication with the buyer is below them. Dont buy here.....

Scam! Item never delivered. Fake delivery e-mails.

I believe it is a fake item, so I contacted the customer service of the original brand, which they think its fake as well. However, the customer service of Empire Tactical claims that they have reached another customer service of that brand and which is a genuine product. They stop replying emails when i ask for evidence eg. the email from that customer service. And they ignored my request of refund as a customer's rignts. Worse brand ever.

Well, you see, they reply to this -ve feedback like light speed, but can't just give me that email with @propper.com for me to confirm their claims. Instead of explaining why can't they give me that evidence, just ignore it.

Well I asked Propper to confirm that they only use YKK zipper for three times. And you can't even tell me who said that they use IDEAL for some of their product. Who should I trust?

I placed order on 30 May, no update on shipping information as of today, I emailed last week no one reply

After few email for nearly 2 months, I still haven’t received my order. Reply was also confused, onetime saying it’s delivery problem, another time saying it’s manufacturer problem.

I’ve actually received my package so that means that most of these reviews are actually probably referring to a different company. I bought an alpha industries black woodland camo jacket and it has arrived in very good mint condition. The shipping time was atrocious but that was because of an error on the company’s end and then because of the couriers being slow.

Scamers don't order anything from them they have a nice trick you pay and after that they tel you that it cancelled

I placed an order on 4/12/24 for 2 titanium grenade w/ hidden spike lanyard. There was tracking number and then it was canceled and I have not been refunded. I've tried several times to contact with no avail. This place is a RIP off! I'm now forced to contact my credit card company to get a chargeback. Total scammer!

Scammer - no physical adress, no phone number. Shop is in poor condition. It's pretty obvious that someone wants to take your money....

Literally stole money from me.

He canceled my order and kept my money. When I asked, he lied and said he refunded it. Months later, my bank account still says otherwise.

Working on nailing this guy to the wall anyway I can. I think he is selling stolen military gear.

I placed an order back in June of this year and I have not received my order. The customer service sucks I have tried to get a response and no response. I have been trying for over a month now I don't know how this company is still going what a bunch of scamers former military with no integrity is bad.

I ordered 3 flag patches approximately 5 months ago from this company for my children. They sent me the wrong color patches. I have been trying for several months to get the company to respond. I have called, texted sent emails, and left voicemail, but I can't get a response. As a Veteran I find it dissapointing to find other prior service members trading on their military service record and screwing people out of money...dissapointing.

took a $329.00 payment from me for a product i ordered. that was around 5 months ago. they wont answer emails, phone calls, or any customer help options. place is a total scam and i got proof if they wanna make something of it.

Terrible. Ordered a bunch of patches and only some arrive with others marked back order. A year later and I haven’t received a refund or the missing items. I’ve email them but haven’t received a response. Quick to respond to buying queries but you may as well not exist once they have your cash. Buy from them at your own risk.

After 3 weeks of delaying, letters with promises to start VISA dispute procedure they finally send my sleeping bag + a couple pleasant presents (for free).
So, they are NOT FRAUDS, but their service still need to be improved (sucks).

i was really concerned about the reviews i read. i went ahead and gave them a chance anyways. i contacted phone number on the web site and i was helped immediately . i was walked through every step of the way. these guys are great people and they were extremely polite . give them a chance before you make a decision based off past reviews

Joseph Charles (the owner) is petty and swindles people.

I was looking for Outdoor Research USA gear. I ordered a few items and Joeseph Charles (the owner) was nice enough to call me and let me know when things would be shipping and that some items would take awhile. We had a nice conversation for over 1 hour.

The next day after looking at the Outdoor Research website, I discovered he was over charging for the same items by about 15-20%. I brought this to his attention via email and he retaliated by refusing any and all customer service and communication there after.

I had a pair of boot gaiters I ordered the wrong size on. I was within the return window so I reached out for an exchange for the right size. No response to emails or phone calls. So I initiated a charge back with my bank of which he promptly resisted and I never got my money back or got any customer service.
