High pressure sales technique. It made it seem like the world would end if I didn't sign-up during the conversation. The representative I spoke with made a claim for which requested some documentation to back his claim. I think I was ignored and he just went on to complete his script. As I told him, I was "... going to bite for now..." After the phone call, I search for the claim that was told me. I couldn't find anything to substantiate his claim. I them proceeded to cancel the program as soon as I could; which was the next business day. I can not do business with a company whose representative(s) make claims that can not be substantiated. I am now checking for the refund of the initial cost that I was charged for.
I applied for coverage on April 3, 2021. I sent an email and called to cancel my coverage because I found out my car had bumper to bumper coverage at the financial institution I financed my car thru.
I have called everyday almost and now the Richard guy that supposedly is in a high level of the accounting dept. is not returning my calls. I cancelled the policy and they drafted my account three times for the monthly fee.
This alone should tell you to stay clear of this company. They can’t even process a refund and cancel a service much less a claim. Ugh
They need to be honest about what your monthly coverage is going to be.

We started a quote with a reasonable person, all of a sudden the call was taken over by a supposed supervisor who aggressively sold us an extended warranty at his liking. Never did tell us what plan or so. Call it the dumbest move I have ever made but took the chance that maybe just maybe someone was taking care of us. Turns out I was not taken care of. I was given the lowest coverage, of all warranties. For a land rover. That was very deceptive and quite frankly, not a good business model, because we are very consistent people. I had to cancel, to find out that I would have the same type of people on the second attempt at purchasing a second better warranty with them. Nevertheless, I gave up with this company. I was expecting a good warranty for the money and only received aggressive young people trying to sell me it disrespectfully.
The rates was less expensive than competitors which was fetch but the explanation of the coverage was a little bit confusing therefore you received a detractor. #thatsall
I filled out the information on line to get a qoute. I got a phone call 10 minutes later and felt pressured to go with the plan I was offered. I went ahead and signed up but was told it would take 10 to 15 days to get the contract so I can review it and 30 days to cancel the policy. I will be calling back to get a better explanation of my coverage.
The worst company I have ever dealt with You never could get in touch with the same person They said you could cancel this at anytime ,But when we tried to call them back to cancel they would hang up the phone 🤬. So do something that we didn’t do Check them out. With the help of our credit card company we got it canceled.
This policy was cancelled 04/15/26 and you need to remove my information from your system. An unauthorized charge ON 06/05/26 was placed by your company for a CANCELLED POLICY. i expect to receive a refund for $49.99 that was debited from my account.
The sakes rep was courteous knowledgeable and did a great job.
