I highly recommend, had a lot of conversations with mat on the phone arranging everything was a really easy to deal with. On collection of my new bike I dealt with rusty who it was a pleasure to meet and was very helpful couldn’t do enough for me.
Will definitely use again in the future.

Highly recommend Emoto for both bike purchases and aftercare.

My FC250 was delivered just before Christmas and has run perfectly ever since—no issues at all from day one.

I spoke with Rusty, Emoto’s mechanic, as I wanted a number of things carried out, including a full service, X-Trig triple clamps installed, SM Pro wheels, suspension adjustments to suit my weight, and a full check-over.

Rusty took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and needed. He kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was completed to a high standard.

Great service from the whole Emoto team—professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Absolutely brilliant experience with EmotoUK! Matt’s customer service is exceptional – he’s very fast at responding and always takes the time to listen to exactly what you want.
He answers any questions you have and makes sure you feel confident before ordering.
From start to finish he was super helpful. I ordered my motocross bike on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday, which is incredibly quick. Prices are very reasonable too.

I’ll 100% be using them again when it’s time for my next bike. Highly recommended!

Start to finish excellent service, done a application Friday night found out Monday it was accepted, Monday morning chose my bike within 20 mins was all complete and was delivered next day amazing service and bike come as it said it would. Thanks again would definitely recommend

Matt and Emoto were 100% on the ball with my bike delivery! As soon as they took the job, they were in contact to advise possible days, then two days before in contact again to confirm day and give a 2 hr time window for delivery! On the day before they set out another message, Then half an hour before arrive a heads up! On arrival Matt went well beyond their requirement to help get a heavy bike up a hill into a garage! Without that would have been stuck! All done with a smile and a laugh! Can’t give Matt and Emoto enough stars!

Unbelievable service. Matt will literally drive the length of the country and back to get your bike to you—no drama, no excuses. Always a cracking selection in stock, but blink and you’ll miss it because bikes don’t hang around long. Absolutely top-notch outfit, and I’m almost certain I’ll be using them again
