Within 3hrs of writing a property add and paying the money, I’m questioning whether it was the right decision!

So, Emoov can’t humanly support on a Saturday, can’t ID check on a Saturday and can’t advertise your property on a Saturday, but they can sure as hell take your money on a Saturday!
Nowhere (sensible) doesn’t it communicate to prospective sellers that you will have to wait until a weekday to get the ID check verified before they will advertise your property. They say ‘it can be done in as little as 20mins’. Load of tosh!

Brilliant experience with Emoov. Sophie kept us up to date and pushed for action with our purchase the whole way along. Would recommend.

Being able to manage my own viewings on Emoov was easier than I thought. The price pack was very good and when I had an issue with one of my potential buyers, Emoov where happy to give me a discount to readvertise again after my first advert expired due to a difficult buyer.

Property is now sold as of today and completion done.

Great experience selling a property with Emoov, seamless process of uploading photos on their modern website and was notified about buyer interest promptly. Any queries I had were handled well by the great customer service team, in particular Jessica and Sophie who were there on hand for assistance as soon as I accepted an offer for my property.

Like many other prospective sellers the website just won't upload photos - needs fixing urgently. Just wasted 2 hours, managed to upload 7 of 10 by trying to get round the html bugs done by incompetent IT developers but finally gave up.

We were nervous about putting the house on the market without a local estate agent. But, given that local agents were charging us £5k, we decided to give Emoov a go. We did our own photos, on an iPhone. Did our own write up and floor plan. We signed up and it was a breeze to navigate the website and submit everything that we wanted to appear in the listing.
We paid our £295 fee to list. The listing was live on rightmove the following morning and within half an hour of it going live, we had 3 bookings. We accepted the asking price from the first people who viewed it, the day after it was listed. Then cancelled the other viewings as we were happy with the price. The ability to communicate with prospective buyers meant the whole process of organising it, was quick and simple. We then purchased a completion package for £120, and Sophie from Emoov promptly got in touch. we were kept informed at every stage of the sale and could view the progress online too. 15 weeks after listing it, we completed.
We sold or house with Emoov for less than £500, a tenth of what any local agent was going to charge us.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emoov to anyone considering selling their property, it was simple and stress free.

Emoov has been great and saved us quite a bit of money. Contacting them was no problem. Their online app for updating property details was straight forward.

You pay a price, no hassle, advertising in your control (we paid extra for R-move), not pestered to give reviews etc. excellent value, only problem, need more people to know how much better 'cheaper' they are than a 'traditional' estate agents....and potential buyers said that despite them being unsure of online agents it's been very good so far, good communication with seller.....Updated 15-10-25 Sale went through successfully using Emoov saved us literally £1000's of traditional estate agent fees, if you do own images etc. Would use again.

Having been messed about, by several high street agents, I decided to try Emoov and I am glad I did. It's great to be in control and not having to deal with estate agents getting things wrong, not passing on information and potential buyers can message me on the portal, without having to wait for agents to open. I had an issue uploading my EPC, so I contacted Sophie using the chat and she uploaded it for me. Within a few hours my property was on Rightmove, On the market and Zoopla. Had someone book a viewing a couple of hours after it went on, so fingers crossed.

We recently sold a flat via Emoov and have been very impressed with the service from start to finish. We were happy to supply the description and photos ourselves and the rest has been done by Emoov very smoothly. We ended up paying less than half for fees in comparison with what local agents wanted, and the service was better. Local agents wanted us to give it away for a quick sale, we decided our own asking price and received the full amount from a first time buyer. I would recommend this service to anyone who is willing to put in a little work themselves. Thank you Emoov.

Slow to respond and to get your property online. Clunky customer service. Appalling interface. No offer to help write description or discuss photography. Expensive. Won't use again.

Sorry to tell you that I have a worst experience confirming room with Emoov. As per advertisement they have two rooms with price 800/- but as we visited and informed our priority of room she all of a sudden increased rent to 900/- for the same room. This is very much unprofessional and fraud situation for the person who are searching room and trusting the agency like yours.

An excellent service from start to finish. This is the first time I have rented to anyone other than friends and family and it was a bit daunting. But Emoov have been extremely accommodating and helpful. My tenants are moved in and happy and they had no issues from their end either. Thank you!

A simple and stress free way to sell your property at a reasonable cost. You are totally in control of the whole process and the team are really responsive if you need to tweak anything on your listing. No need to use a conventional estate agent at all, when you can use eMoov at a fraction of the cost.

Incredible!!! Nick Neale from Emoov has been invaluable in helping to sell our house. At the very beginning of the process I asked a couple of questions via email, outside of working hours, and soon after he had gone ahead and completed the task that I required assistance with. Once we had accepted an offer there were a few hiccups with obtaining buyers documentation, nothing was too much trouble for Nick, he always replied and even on a Sunday. That is true dedication!! Fantastic start to finish. Very empowering to have full control of the sale. Very easy to make changes to the listing online for free and very quick updates to Rightmove e.t.c.

Super responsive service, with an online agent I was worried that I’d feel like I was ‘going it alone’ but felt totally opposite. Massive cost savings over local estate agents and no pressured sales. Very very happy customer, highly recommended.

Once I managed to input the property details & photos onto the portal, the communication via Mail & Text was prompt & exceptionally helpful.
