Smooth process

I ordered TV stand. All process went smooth. It has delivered with a few days delay which is fine by me.

Product quality is slight above the average. I dont know maybe that is the TV stand what 185 EUR can buy.

The quality is good and the delivery service is great. Highly recommended...

Delayed shipping and poor customer support

Ordered on the 19th of December, initially shipping would take around 4 weeks, It’s been 8 weeks now and the order still wasnt shipped, customer support is also dodging my emails with the classic “we will take a look and comeback to you” but they dont reach back at all. Several emails after me chasing them for an update they finally reply that they will try to contact the manufacturer but still no reply after a week

i dont have a duch phone number yet so i had to ask a friend to helpe me out. Maybe its good to add the posibillity to enter phone numbers from other countries, at lease EU.

Badly counselled and no ex-post support

I asked for counselling to buy the right combination of bed / support / mattress. They did not tell me that what I was buying was different from the picture. The result is I have a bet way too high for my kids, not combining with the rest of the room.
Plus the delivery was cumbersome and building the bed very complex.
When I asked for support, they turned me down .
Of course the mattress is my choice, but as you are selling on line you should go the extra mile to explain what the client will get. For instance that it will not look like in the picture... For me this is the confirmation that I should not buy this way again , as I do not know what I will get.

I placed my order on August 2nd

I placed my order on August 2nd, and until now I haven’t received any updates regarding processing or shipping. Very bad experience, and I do not recommend dealing with them.

Clear communication and delivery on time

I messaged the Emob team to request information on the delivery of my furniture, but I had read that the customer service wasn't great so I didn't have my hopes up that I would receive any support. However, I received quick and clear response from their team and my delivery was perfectly on time. Everything went very smooth and I'm very happy with their customer service. I still remain to open my package since I will be moving next week, hence, I will come back later to update my review regarding the quality.

Safety issue: The Vipack Fire Truck Toddler Bed looks…

The Vipack Fire Truck Toddler Bed looks adorable, but it has several safety and quality issues. The battery-powered lights are not securely attached, making sharp parts and small batteries accessible to toddlers. Exposed screws on the cabin make the bed prone to scratches, and gaps between the parts appeared within a week due to jumping. After waiting three months for delivery, I expected a truly safe product for toddlers. I would not recommend this bed unless the safety concerns are addressed.

I ordered a bed .the company sent me one packet and it is 14 days I 'm waiting for the other pakket .the bed is not complete and we paid 200 euro but we can not use that because the bed is not complete yet .the customer service is very week .I contacted with company several times but they don't care at all .what a bad customer service !!! If I know I would not buy from this company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Everything about this company was disappointing. We ordered a set of 2 coffee tables. When they arrived, and we unpacked them one of the tables was completely shattered. We complained, and they sent another set of tables, and we could not believe it when we unpacked them one of the tables had clearly been glued together. We complained again, and the customer service agent told that they would again send a new table. After a few days we receive an email saying that they have no more in stock, and they would not be coming back in stock so they will issue us with a refund (we are still waiting for our refund after weeks).

On top of all the above we see on their website, and on bol.com that they are still selling the same tables. So they lied to us about the tables never coming back in stock. I told the customer service agent about this, and she said that she did not lie to us, and that the manufacturers did not have any in stock.

I called her out as if they did not have them in stock then they would mark the item as not in stock on their website, and on bol.com. In the end after many email exchanges she said that we can order them again if we wish. So it was a bunch of lies.

We were incredibly shocked that they would not offer any form of compensation for our disappointment, frustrations, wasted time, and the fact we had to get rid of the broken/bad quality tables ourselves. It was just we will refund you, and we can not do anything else.

The customer service agent was very defensive and borderline rude, and I did not like her approach at all considering I was a very frustrated customer.

Do not order from this company. The quality of products is terrible, the quality of customer service is terrible, and they do not care about your customer rights at all. You will end up disappointed.

I have bought online the product named…Schoenenkast Cobo 5 deuren met spiegel - eik

I have bought online the product named "Schoenenkast Cobo 5 deuren met spiegel - eik"

The product is very hard to assembly! It requires hammering of plastic items in wood structure and screwing screws in not guided places by the manual.

Took 1 day for assembly while 1 hour is required on the manual !

This product should be reviewed by the designers otherwise removed from sale.
