Well I've been trying to purchase a e m m o license plate half a dozen times now and it tells me it keeps telling me that I have an incorrect an invalid email address it's the only one I have so I know it's right it still won't let me purchase anything

Waris is an exceptional agent who clearly knows what he is doing and has great product knowledge. Initially, when I called, another agent made it difficult for me to complete my purchase directly and mentioned that a dealership team would be calling me. However, I never received a call. When I called a second time, Waris answered and made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. He efficiently handled the financing, down payment, and all aspects of the purchase process. We are definitely looking forward to working with him in the future.

Thank you Xavier, I purchased a Segway F3 for committing. It is prefect for short distances which provides 40-70km travel distance. I can also put some accessories on the scooter such as phone holder. Foldable design makes it easy to carry and storage.

I live to the province Quebec and I choose the Emmo ioios bike folding for multiple raison.

Thank you Xavier, we have a new Hornet XI Black with super long travel distance up to 240km.
It has different gear for shifting and full lighting system including brake light, headlights and taillights. Prefect for commuting and delivery!!

They provide instructions for me.And I love them very much.
Three of them is foldable bicycle, very easy to put in the car and for storage.

Another one is Zone II GTS, VERY NICE DESIGN with lighting system. Same as a motorcycle!!!

1 Star still to good..This was my first time purchasing on there site,i ordered May 26-2026 now were in July 2026 and i still haven't received my item.To make it worst and insulting they offered me a $ 40.00 credit on a purchase of $ 700.00. What a joke their customer service are not any better. July 15-2026 Finally got my item took 2 day's to get 3 boxes.I will never buy from them ever again and i sure don't recommend them at all.

I purchased a Parlor e-bike less than six months ago, and the controller has already failed. The bike has now been sitting unusable for over four weeks because the failed controller prevents the bike from being unlocked or operated.

After repeatedly calling customer service and sending multiple emails, it took nearly three weeks just to get the warranty claim processed and replacement parts shipped. The only email response I received was a generic reply sent to all. Unfortunately, the parts were sent through Canpar, and despite never refusing the shipment, the tracking showed that the package was returned to the sender as “refused.” A quick look at Canpar’s reviews shows many other customers reporting similar delivery issues.

While I understand that shipping carrier problems may not be directly the company’s fault, the overall warranty and customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been told multiple times that someone would call me back, but nobody ever does. Getting a straight answer has been nearly impossible.

At this point, more than four weeks have passed, I still don’t have the replacement parts, and I don’t even have an updated tracking number. When you spend approximately $5,000 on an e-bike, you expect reliable support, quick warranty service, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company or its products. The bike itself may be good when it works, but the warranty support and customer service have been far below expectations.

Very nice scooter with up to 80km travel distance. It has different mode to switch with different speed. The lighting system also keep me save when I ride on it.
Foldable design is good for storage.

Very accommodating staff especially Xavier, very thorough explanation and informative. Smooth process from the beginning to end.

We got a Jex pro with 25Ah battery, it provide a super long travel distance for me which is up to 160km. It comes with front and rear suspension as well. Very nice design with a storage bag under the seat. Love it!!!!

I got a Nok from emmo bike recently. Sales Rep Kristy helped me to get a really good deal which I really appreciate. Thank you. The nok is a really nice moto and has the lithium removable battery so that I can charge in my workplace. Nice service offered by emmo. Highly recommended emmo bike to everyone!

Very nice Segway E2 Plus II, I just has one a few days ago. Now, I am having my second one for my kids. Nice design and lighting system. Light weights and foldable design. Highly recommend.
