Awful, awful, awful. Do NOT trust this scam of an app/website. I got a few shirts and pants that were over $200 and never received my package. I waited over two months and when I finally emailed Emmiol support, they never gave me a refund and blamed me for not receiving the package. Never trust this app and save your money.

This company is such a scam.

I ordered a package six months ago. The delivery company supposedly failed to deliver it due to an incorrect address — even though the address was correct. The problems began when the package started returning abroad.

I’ve been dealing with customer service for half a year now, only to receive the same automated response telling me my package is ready for pickup at the local post office. However, both the tracking information and the shipping company confirmed that the package was returned almost six months ago.

I’ve explained this to customer service multiple times, but I keep getting the same automated message urging me to pick up the package as soon as possible.

I had even purchased insurance for the shipment through them, which was supposed to guarantee a refund if anything happened to the package during transit.

In the end, I lost over 100 euros. Avoid this company at all costs!

The material of these clothes are terrible quality. Likewise their customer service is also terrible quality. My order arrived yesterday in the wrong size and I’ve contacted their customer support email numerous times trying to ask for a refund or for them to send me the same order in the correct sizing. They admitted the mistake was from their warehouse and offered me a small gift card or a partial refund (15%) if I kept the incorrectly sized clothing which is not a lot considering the price that I paid for one clothing piece. I replied asking for a full refund but they haven’t responded further. My order took over three months to arrive as well, and I could say a lot more but I’ll leave it here. Don’t waste your time with buying your clothes from here.

The products came on time, just that the sizing was not as I expected, perhaps it should be indicated that the sizings for different clothings are different and thus should be checked. However, although the return process was long and tedious, the staff was patient and understanding, ensuring top quality customer service!

I’ve always received my packages and the Emmiol support has always helped me, even if last minute changes are required. Really appreciate this website, will continue to buy from them.

I put in a promo code for money off (only £2.73) and the delivery charge went from £4.99 to £7 something so i was still paying the exact same price. Seemed a bit dodgy as when i took the code back off shipping went back to original again.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY from Emmiol!!! The products are poor quality and defective, and the customer service is even worse!
I paid $45 for a pair of jeans, plus $23 shipping cost, as a gift for my son. It took forever (about a month) to receive the item. We received a DEFECTIVE pair of jeans because there was no buttonhole cut and sewn into the jeans. I contacted customer service, sent them a photo of the defective jeans, and they refused to admit it was defective, therefore insisting I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, and only offered to provide 15% refund of the product cost only, which amounts to $6.75. Pathetic! Save yourself from the disappointment and frustration!!

The response from Emmiol doesn’t address my complaint accurately. I did NOT say the item doesn’t fit; I said it’s DEFECTIVE. Big difference. Also, I spent a full month going back and forth with emails to rectify the issue, and the customer service was terrible, continuing to tell me I would only be refunded a fraction of my expense. Ultimately, they offered to refund me 30% of the cost of the item (but no refund on shipping cost), which would be a refund of $13.50 after I spent $70 for the item & shipping cost. What a joke!! That was one month ago, and I still have not received any refund. Emmiol is a TOTAL SCAM!!

It is absolute scam. After failure on time delivery and a number of my push e-mails, I was informed that the item is out of stock. I have refused their replacement offers and asked to cancelled order and full refund. I bought the item elsewhere. Few days later, after the order was cancelled they informed me that the item was sent out. Ship out date was after order cancellation. I didn't accepted it. Now they refuse to refund until I send them the item back to China! They said, that shipping charge is deducted from refund and additionally I pay return shipping cost! In this way they expect me to pay for all their failures!! In addition, they asked me to cheat on shipping documents and undervalue the item on custom declaration, to let them not pay the custom duty! Is it legal?
Moreover I've got impression that their customer service is a chatbot that keep answering emails with the same text without understanding the problem. I asked them for full refund and arrange collection from delivery address. Their customer service "chatbot" keep answering the same request of sending back the item and pay for shipment. Terrible!

Regarding Emmiol reply. It is Chatbot! It keep answering without understanding the matter. Where did I mentioned it doesn't fit? The case is not if the item fits or not. I do not care what they send, as it was shipped out after order was cancelled - without my approval. So it is not mine and I do not need it.
It is 07/03/2025 and still there is no any response from Emmiol, even if I have updated requested information about the order.

Would have give them zero stars if possible. Avoid this website at all costs. Took my money, received no parcel and the only way to contact them is via emails which they don't reply to.

I ordered from their website two weeks ago and have heard nothing since. Very unprofessional and definitely a scam. Their items are fairly expensive as well so don’t waste your money as you’ll probably never receive your item. Avoid at all costs!!

None of the products i ordered looked like the photos online, they were cheap and horrible. I emailed emmiol about a refund, they offered me a mere 30%, i was persistant and they eventually offered 50% if i took down my negative reviews which i accepted, i eventually get my refund which is only on one item and they refuse to help any further. I do not recommend buying from this brand, its all resold items from temu and aliexpress.

I received the wrong item and was refused a refund. The customer service is a complete waist of time. My emails have been ignored and the phone number listed on the website is inactive and a waste of time as well. Terrible experience

The sweater fits and looks how I wanted it to.The material is not cheap and the packaging was secure.The vendor was helpful when it came to tracking my package.

We buy clothes for our daughter more often. She is always happy when the clothes etc. arrive. So far no problems. The service is also good, we have not had to exchange anything so far.We will continue to order.Only the service of DPD is bad,should deliver with UPS next time.

Ordered some items for my daughter like trousers and jackets , she didn't like the fittings of them, contacted Emmiol for refund , they offered 15% , I said I have no use for these items , I want to pay the postage and return them. They haven't replied back , its one of those Chinese companies their return Policy is scam , they have no intention of refund at all. I have learned never to order anything from any company if their return policy says contact support for delivery instructions. if they had proper methods they would have given the full details on their websites.

Another Chinese scam!!! Very hard to return the purchase, many questions asked, you have to email the company to register the return. Instead of sending you a return label, they ask questions why exactly you want to return the item. In my case, I responded that both items don’t fit. The company responded a day later asking which item and exact item number is too large or too small. I responded that both items are too small and too short and that I don’t like the fabric as it is not a real jeans, its some other cheap fabric. A day later I received a response offering me 15% discount if I keep the items. In my case I paid over 95 Euros. I was supposed to keep trouser that I don’t need and save get around 14 Euros refund. The company stated that if there was nothing wrong with the quality then they will not pay for return. Yes there is a lot wrong with the quality! I replied that i still want to return the items. In response, I received a long email warning me about all the many things that can go wrong in return process and that the company of course doesn’t take any responsibility. Beware! Keep your money and go shopping in Europe or USA where there is a law in place and you have rights. Always check impressions on the website, many will have some kind of address in your won country, often close to harbors where the bulk gets shipped. However, the return address you will be emailed is in China!!!

I ordered a cotton hoodie. I received a hoodie that is 35% cotton, 65% polyester—a cheap piece of garbage. You better believe I initiated a full refund with Paypal. Don't trust this garbage trash ass company.

Edit #1: Either these liars can't read or they're deliberately misconstruing my complaint, but their reply to my review suggests that the hoodie doesn't fit properly? That's not the problem. The problem is they LIED ABOUT WHAT THE HOODIE IS MADE FROM.

Edit #2: these clowns tried to rectify the situation by offering me either (a) a refund minus a shipping fee (because the purchase terms obligate the buyer to pay for return shipping costs unless there is a "quality issue") or (b) a 15% refund (which equals $7.35). But there is indeed a quality issue. I paid $49 for a hoodie advertised simply as "cotton" when it was in fact predominantly polyester. The "quality" of material is not only subpar, but it is the result of purposefully deceitful advertisement. And they think that $7.35 would make this situation better? How cute.

Don't waste your time/money on this company.

Items arrived not as described but won't refund me. Offered me a discount to keep them (dodgy). Cost £25 to return as the clothes are not the correct size / fit or anything like I ordered (even after they suggested I sell it to my friends).

Nearly 1 year later (Feb 29th 2024) I've just received the parcel back as it was broken into and stolen basically so yea.. SCAM AVOID.

They've sent me back an empty package today. THANKS (I'm joking). Some dodgy returns address. Just don't waste your time or money. Perhaps chuck it in Vinted.. not cheap either about £60 worth of cheap sh*te

DO NOT BOTHER. I spent £380 in November 24 for Xmas. NOTHING SHOWED UP! To add insult to injury Emmiol keeps asking for review! I specified UK supplier. China! So no products and even if they did arrive I’d be liable for shipping back if they don’t fit. Utterly appalled. Emailed several times demanding whereabouts and keep getting “All your products have arrived! Please Review. Suing!
