I was notified that they cannot fulfill…
I was notified that they cannot fulfill my order. They said they would refund my money in full. It has been almost 3 weeks since then. Still no refund. I do receive emails back when I send them. Still no refund. Very poor customer service.
They should never except order from
the US if they can’t ship them.

The items were received damaged
The items were received damaged. I took photos and replied to EmmetiStore asking to exercice my right of withdrawal. After 3 emails I have not received a response and thereby I am filing a complaint. If no response found on my last email I will proceed without further notice to initiate a chargeback procedure with my card issuer on the grounds of refusal to honor statutory withdrawal rights, and I will also file a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC France) for cross-border mediation.

They solved the problem very quickly by sending another tool via DHL instead of BRT.This tool arrived within three days

This is my worst experience in e-commerce, I never received the items I ordered. I was never informed where they are and there is no update on where my package is. I have requested a refund of my money of 118€ but so far it has not been refunded.
