We have since received the returned package. We informed you about this by email on both Thursday and Friday, using the two email addresses we have in our system from you. It’s possible these mails didn’t reach you, according to your review.
Please note that for deliveries to Germany, the recipient's name must match exactly with the name on the mailbox. If not, parcels are frequently returned to the sender by DPD.
