Ordered a Flexsteel dual reclining sofa in early June. Sofa arrived in perfect condition at our door w/ two excellent delivery guys about 6 weeks after purchase. The tracking along the way and communication with the Emma Mason team was easy and acccurate.

We saved approx. $1700 from going to our local furniture store. Will be shopping with Emma Mason again, and since we have some extra money saved it will make it easier to justify spending for quality furniture.

Ariana was great in assisting with the purchase process. Very responsive and able to answer all questions. Will see how the rest of my first purchase from Emma Mason goes, but this indicates strong customer service.

I called in to get additional information about a product. Greg Sharma had to check the product itself and then called me back with the answer. Then I had problems with the online order software and when a chat wasn't able to resolve the order problem I left a message for Greg, who again called me back. The order software still was a problem, so he placed the order for me and arranged free shipping. That was a lot of attention from Greg for the order of a shingle pillow. I will remember Emma Mason and Greg for future furniture purchases.

Sean was tremendously helpful with placing my order. I hadn't noticed the membership option the first time, but realized it was the better way to go.
The billing differences for member orders were a bit confusing, but Sean walked me through the process with professionalism, clarity, and care. He was personable, patient, and incredibly thorough.
Speaking of thorough-shout-out to the staff as well. They took extra steps to confirm key details like the bed size and stool height to make sure I received exactly what I needed. I really appreciated that level of attention.

There was an issue with the executive desk schematics… he pursued the manufacturer for clarification. The bottom drawer shows a small printer but the dimensions did not make sense.
