I ordered Visior in August 21, today 12 of December. I don't have a vision and money.I was brazenly deceived. If you are from outside their country you will be ripped off. Contact is very difficult, they do not reply to messages, after reporting the problem, they engage in insolent discussions.

Se vieni fuori dal loro paese verrai derubato. il contatto è molto difficile, non rispondono ai messaggi, dopo aver segnalato il problema, si impegnano in discussioni insolenti.

First I purchased an Ohlins front shock on ebay from them. They then told me that it was out of stock to wait 2 days. Than 10 days and then they could not tell. So I asked for a refund which they sent. Several days later they reached out saying they have the products. I asked for an email proving they have the product which They did not send. I looked up their ebay review and said I will take a chance. Purchased the item on the 7th of NOV. They did not ship until the 11th. Never sent shipping details. 14 days later when I asked for shipping details they claimed I was making a big deal. On their web site my order did not show. The tracking information shows that the item is in Italy, They keep telling me that there is no realtime update for tracking. So here we are 500eu + purchase. 54 eu shipping and no product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I have ordered an exhaust from Lineamoto. They said they had it in stock. Several weeks later and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted them and they said there were 'complications' with the order that may take several more weeks to sort out - no details about what the complications were. But I'm pleased to say that when I asked for a refund, explaining that I really wanted the pipe, they did that. So I can at least get it from somewhere else.

Regarding warranty on MIVV muffler, EM Lineamoto keeps telling me to contact the manufacturer, while MIVV tells me to coordinate exclusively with EM Lineamoto. Giving the customer such a run-around is very unprofessional.

Very good Service, fast delivery, sadly the ordered jacket was too big, but after sending it back, the money was quickly back on my account.

The Carbon Cover for the MIVV slip on exhaust fits a little inaccurate in the shape of the cover, but looks ok on the Bike.
My main negative was the international postage charge for a very small item.
