Twice I have ordered from both times I have had issues.
1. 1st order- Bottle received was broken but was partially refunded. Delivery took longer than expected and reply was delayed and blamed on server issues
2. 2nd order- I ordered 6 items waited for 3 days for delivery confirmation on the 4th day was sent confirmation of delivery details, in those details only 4 items was listed when queried they said its out of stock even though it was still available on the website. A refund was issued promptly but these items were gifts with a sensitive time line which didn’t get met. Overall I’m not impressed with this company yes it’s a possibly one of the best priced but clearly it comes at a cost. It’s like playing Russian roulette with your order. If your happy with playing games and getting communication as an after thought then by all means go ahead. If you value your money and time then go elsewhere.

Sometimes just scrolling the web can be a positive experience, as was proven here, in finding by chance Emirates Oud's website.
Myself and my partner absolutely love Arabian perfumes, from the amazing fragrances to the fabulous way many bottles and even packaging are so intricate and unique, so we were excited to see if we had found a hidden gem. It would appear that we have and prices are very good, the delivery was done promptly and without delays of any kind, and our orders were processed with care from beginning to end.
We cannot recommend Emirates Oud enough. Funnily enough it was checked trustpilot reviews that convinced us to place and order so I do hope this review encourages others too.

Good genuine products and generally the best price. The only downside is frequency ive bought stuff for it then later not been fulfilled as out of stock. Even when its still showing as available online. This company needs to have more up to date stock availability on their website to avoid disappointment as this has happened to me twice now in the last couple months.

My first order from Emirates Oud was a good service and perfume. My second order has been such a disappointment, the perfume did not smell at all and I was told to send it back for the company to test before they gave me a refund, I understand this is a standard response to a request. I feel the customer service has been poor and so unwelcoming, I have not bothered to send it back as I am so annoyed.
Will not be ordering again

The perfumes are genuine, and I can’t fault them there, however communication is terrible and customer service on two occasions I made orders for gifts, for them to both be delayed and sent out serval days after purchase, not only this but then items were cancelled because they were sold out, why let people purchase and take peoples money if the stock isn’t available ? They wouldn’t of minded but this happened on two separate orders, there was no sorry for the delay or the inconvenience just an email to say days after the items were expected that this item isn’t in stock, had I known at the time I would of purchased else where

I have no complaints whatsoever. The website is fantastic and easy to navigate, the product I ordered arrived promptly and as described. Paying for the product was easy also.

After the purchase was confirmed, the customer service was fantastic. After sales service was good also.

The orders take so long to be attended to and also delivered take so long to get to us. If an item is out of stock instead of telling the customer immediately it's us the customers to contact the company to ask about our orders. This needs to be improved otherwise the products are top class.

Very poor experience.

I purchased 3 perfumes from Emirates Oud and all of them have extremely weak performance. The projection is almost non-existent and the scent fades very quickly. This is not what I expected at all.

I contacted customer service to request a return. One of the perfumes had not been used at all (only opened, not sprayed), yet they still refused to accept a return, strictly hiding behind their policy.

This means customers cannot properly test products without losing their money, even when the items do not perform as expected.

I feel completely let down by both the product quality and the lack of flexibility in customer service. I would not recommend buying from here if you expect decent performance or fair after-sales support.

I've always had a good experience with Emirates Oud and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Professional service, and guaranteed authenticity, you can be sure you're buying the genuine articles here. One of my favourite online retailers!

I'm a repeat customer of Emirates Oud. Their perfumes are genuine and very well priced.

All of my previous order experience have been 5 stars. But this one, they accepted my payment and one of the items I ordered wasn't in stock. In fairness, they immediately refunded the missing item as soon as they processed the order, so I can't complain on the servicing front, but stock management should be more efficient.

Delivery was efficient and tracking info provided.

I have purchased several times from EO and everything i have ordered has arrived perfectly.
