The product is not as described ! I’ve ordered a curtain with a clear description of “obscuring” and the it is absolutely not a “ blackout “ curtain . Lots of light is going through !
For the cost of returning ( from Netherlands back to France ) it not worth it to return.
Feels like a scam site !

We are sorry to hear that the curtain did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your order, we confirm that the curtain you selected is described as obscuring and not blackout. Obscuring curtains are designed to reduce light, but they do not block it out completely like blackout curtains do.
That said, we fully understand your disappointment. If you are not satisfied with the product, you are of course welcome to return it. We would be happy to provide you with a return label, and the return shipping costs will be at our expense.

We have 30 days to return it and the instructions say that I can generate a special return paper, but I can't find it, after trying to contact them several times for over a week they haven’t replied to my emails. No profesional company:/

Extremely poor manufacturing quality
The design is beautiful, but the manufacturing quality is really poor. The cushions fixing strings tore apart after just two times. Additionally, the cushions are not washable.

Disappointing Service!
Happy to have received part of my order but 1 month later still haven't received a response about the missing part of my package. Customer service is very disappointing. Even though it might be the fault of the transportation company, you should still take care of your customers and give them a response with a follow up! Still waiting!
