I had my last car for over 10 years so was very anxious purchasing a new car as it's a big investment for me. But by January 2026, I eventually found the right car at EMG Huntingdon. Visited Cambridge showroom on Milton Road. Ryan at Kia has been absolutely outstanding in helping us with our Motability order. From start to finish he was professional, extremely helpful, patient and efficient, making what can sometimes feel like a daunting process completely stress-free.

Terrible
Terrible, would never deal with them again. Lied to by salesman on 2 occasions regarding the specifications of the vehicle. After collecting the car there were issues with the car which I was told to put right at any garage as the warranty would cover the costs. After getting the issues seen to could have been rectified pre sale, it turns out that their mickey mouse warranty does not cover issues caused by their ineptness. I’ve now got a bill to pay for out of my own pocket to which EMG are not interested in covering. Shoddy workmanship in prepping the car for collection and a sales person who will happily lie to make a sale, keep clear!

I decided to sell my car at the age of 84, as I don't particularly enjoy driving anymore. I'm used to cut and thrust many years ago, but, the quality of driving had really worsened/
I visited my local branch in Huntingdon, negotiated a fait price beneficial to both. The manager Marshall managed to arrange a swift bank to bank transfer which, I appreciated 5 stars

Easy to deal with & will go the extra mile.
Easy to deal with & willing to go the extra mile for customers. Ash & Marshall were friendly and arranged for our chosen car to be transferred to the branch within hours for us to view. They offered a very acceptable deal and even threw in delivery to our home as part of the deal. They dealt with a couple of small requests we made cheerfully and promptly & delivered the car three days later. We have used them before and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
