I order a Universal remote control for a old hi fi.
First surprise the software works only with windows not for mac. I ask to the service and I haven’ t receive an answer.
I did the operation at office with the help of a computer scientist and he told that it’s impossible to use: the lack of driver and is not present the model of my hi-fi.
Now I ask to return it back, I want to see if they will answer me

Great service
Looked on eBay for a replacement remote for our 25 year old Technics hi-fi and there were a few originals at silly prices. Searched the net and found Emerx selling brand new replacements at a great price so placed an order. It arrived in a very timely manner after only a couple of weeks and is brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
