My 4 year old daughter was sick, and when she threw up twice we knew that this is an emergency and Her mother called Valladolid "Emergency" number and asked for an ambulance and was told by the agent maybe you should take her to the clinic. After attempt #2 by myself the call center agent actually shouted AT me and said I have a daughter too! And ONLY THEN an ambulance vehicle was sent.
