They did what they said they would do. The carpenter arrived and did exactly what I wanted to do. I paid upfront and while not necessary the cheapest, it gave me the certainty that I needed and I would have spent a lot of time trying to find someone else with no guarantee of success.

We contacted the emergency helpline for help with a macerator that stopped working and got blocked. First we were not contacted at all, only after I send an email I got a response, upon which I was told it is not an emergency. Then after some back and forth and with full knowledge that we know what the problem is, a plumber was send out, just to tell us it is in fact the macerator and a quote will follow. £200 later, we still sit with the problem!!!! Not sure what happened, I am still shocked.
Watch out - before you get any engineers send out, make sure they are actually going out to do the repair and not going to only make an inspection for further quotes....and leave you high and dry.

It was great that they picked up the phone late at night when other 24-hour companies did not. I was kept updated on the status of the tradesperson and the issue was fixed efficiently. They also sent over a surveyor to look at the internal damage. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

I had a leak from my bathroom pipe work that was causing damage to my neighbour below. I called Emergency Repair and within the hour a plumber attended and not only stopped the leak but rectified the problem right there and then. Payment has hassle free and communication was so fluid. Thanks Emergency Repair for fixing my boiler today. I had to get a leak fixed quickly as when I got back from work, discovered my kitchen flooded. I found this company online. I paid upfront and was promised someone would be out within 2 hours. I was dubious at this claim so was very happy when I got a knock on the door within 45 minutes. Everything was fixed quickly and was told that was all I needed to do. I have even been offered help sorting out the damage caused by the water so I have been given a service that has gone above and beyond what I expected. This is a proper emergency service that has prevented me having to waste loads of time waiting around or paying unexpected invoices as Ive had to in the past. The engineer who visited was polite and professional. His name is Adrian Mead and even asked if there was anything else I needed. Very impressed. Thanks again.

Emergency Repair is a breath of fresh air. They made a stressful situation very easy to deal with and took care of everything from start to finish. I was impressed by how professional they were. For me previously, dealing with tradesmen has been a lottery but I was pleasantly surprised at how clear and simple everything was. We recently experienced a leaking heating pipe at my flat. Phoned a plumber I know, who couldn’t attend, he said I should visit EmergencyRepairUK.com and they’d send a plumber. Emergency repair were great and very helpful when we had a leak in ceiling from above very good response time plumber located the leak quickly cut out section of the ceiling repaired faulty pipe joiner and plasterer fixed and plastered the ceiling and kept the place nice and clean would highly recommend and will defo use again in future for any other work great service

A leak occurred in a rented flat, I came across EmergencyRepairUK.com online, the 2hr guarantee of a emergency trades person arriving at the flat and the pre payment option allowed piece of mind to our tenant that all was being dealt with. Tenant informed us that the tradesperson arrived within 30mins and leak was stopped. First class service, will recommend and use again if needed.

We Had a burst pipe under the kitchen floor and found this company on Google. Noticed the pre payment option and decided to give them a try. Absolutely delighted I did so. Website was easy to use. I had to call out emergency repair to fix my shower pullcord after a burning smell the staff were great to deal with and was able to prepay for cost of job the electrician arrived in about an hour and a half and made safe no hassle and a great service I will be using again

Quick thanks to Emergency Repair. I got in touch via EmergencyRepairUK.com and booked in an emergency heating engineer when my boiler failed. I was able to pre-pay which was great and received emailed and text confirmation that the trades person would be arriving within a couple of hours. An hour later a smartly dressed Emergency Repair chap turned up and within 15 minutes my boiler was fully operational again. A Great service. Would use again and highly recommend.

Contacted Emergency Repair as I had a burst pipe. Selected Emergency Plumber on their website. Pre Paid my Emergency Booking and was promised they’d show within 2 hours. They showed within 35 mins. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the following day their parent company Insurepair contacted me to book in the surveyor to survey the water damage. All in all a great experience.
