I reached out to Andy because I had been let down by my original window and door company.
Andy came out the next working day to measure, quoted that day and fitted within the agreed timescale. He even went the extra mile and sorted out a hinge on an old window.
His team who fitted the windows were friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend this company. Trustworthy, punctual and reliable.

I had a great experience with Emereo. Someone came out to measure up and prepare a quote and he was not pushy at all, like some companies can be. He gave me some advice and answered all my questions - I wanted 10 new windows and 2 doors. I received a written quote with my chosen designs by email, and again there was no pressure on me at all. I agreed to Emereo doing this work and the job was booked in around 5 weeks after. The 2 installers arrived when I was told they'd arrive and they worked well to get everything done. It took 4 days but the guys were great. They were friendly and did their best to respect my home, by using dust sheets, hoovering up, etc. The windows and doors look great. I'm really pleased I splashed out a bit more for composite doors and fancy accessories for them, as your door is a key part of the house. I am looking forward to a lot less droughts this winter! Thankyou Emereo, I would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Emereo was brilliant from start to finish. Ben and the team responded promptly to communications, came and measured our windows and answered all my questions informatively and politely. We received a quote and agreed a date when it would be possible to fit the windows very smoothly - a schedule they kept to. The window fitters arrived on time and were also very polite and incredibly hard working, leaving the house clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the finishing and attention to detail. You could honestly not find a better firm of window fitters. We had a large number of firms quote us for my elderly mother in law's many windows, including a large bay window, and emereo beat all in their quotes. We went with them because Ben noticed the door handle was broken and tried to fix it on the quotation visit, without even mentioning a charge. It was eventually fixed (it was an unusual size) later and again without charge. The team arrived and in just over one day had all installed as they had predicted. The entire team were friendly and thoughtful and did excellent work, showing real care and respect for my elderly mother in law. We were so impressed we asked them to quote us for a new door and windows for the garage and the quote yet again was so good we accepted it. But this says how honest and trustworthy this company are, that Ben later contacted me to say he'd misquoted me and the installation would be £300 cheaper! Can you beat that for honestly, simply not! I am very very happy to commend emereo 100%.

We had a problem with a door that key draught in so I contacted Andy and his team who were able to sort the issue promptly.
An all round fantastic experience it pays to use local trades to solve the issues that the National ones would not be interested! 5 star service as always

Having never bought a new door before we followed personal recommendation and found Emereo. The whole process from start to finish was amazingly professional Andy and his team delivered exceptional service. There was an issue with the supplier regarding the glass but Andy and his team worked diligently to resolve the concern and the door looks fantastic enhancing the kerb appeal of our house.
An absolutely fantastic company to work with and highly recommend Andy and his team.
It pays to use local trades than the national people as you do not get the personal level of service that Emereo give

Excellent service from the very begining, competitive quote which was well presented using camera aided design making the decision process easy. The fitting process was super, very efficent and the windows look amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company -they do not disappoint.

We contacted Andy who promptly came out and explained/showed us the various options available, measured up and gave us a quote which was more reasonable than some of the other companies we got quotes from. A date was then arranged & the fitting commenced whereby both Ben & Paul worked efficiently and tidily from start to finish. We are so delighted with our new composite doors and windows and would highly recommend Emereo, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are all very pleasant and a great team. Thankyou again.

We had been looking for replacement french doors with a threshold as low as possible. Most had quite a high trip hazard which we didn't want as we got older.
After visiting many national suppliers and quite a few failed local enquiries we'd almost given up on the idea.
Some could do it at an eye-watering price, some just couldn't be bothered.
Andy replied to my email and came out himself to measure up. Less than 2 weeks later the doors were in.
They were fitted in half a day, a very neat job which didn't leave me any decorating or cleaning up to do.
First rate company. Small, trustworthy, customer focused, and a very fair price. Far better than the posh showroom brigade. You'll be very pleased that you used them. I'm so glad we did.

From start to finish Emereo we’re very professional. Andrew came and measured up and discussed our options which we’re pleased with. On the day of the installation the lads that came were clearly very skilled at what they did and took pride in their work ensuring we were happy when the work was complete before cleaning the work area before leaving. If your considering replacing doors and windows give them a call you will not be disappointed with their service.

And I cannot praise the customer service highly enough , they were very professional, firstly coming to chat through all the options , they had an excellent selection of products available in a detailed brochure which explained about all options and the quality of products , Ben was able to answer any questions we had and they kept us informed with progress as to when this was to be ready for install . The fitting was smooth and I was impressed with minor details discussed down to the sealant to match the walls . The after care service was also brilliant with a next day response to make a minor tweak after fitting , we love our new door in fact I would bet we stand out from the crowd , and I will certainly recommend to friends in the future and the prices were competitive. Very happy customers

Everything worked like clockwork from start to finish. Work was on time and the fitters were courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.

Our door handle dropped off 3 years after Emereo installed our composite door. They came out assessed the problem and re-ordered a replacement immediately.
Their staff are very polite and friendly and overall the service was excellent!

Emereo Ltd, was the only firm that we contact for a quote that came out to look at the job. Andy, was pleasant, informative and efficient. He supplied a quote quickly, the quote was a good one, well within the our budget.
The fitters were great, a very happy bunch, they did the job quickly and well.
We are very pleased with our new door it looks great!
