CHEATING HOTEL Emeralds Place Venice Italy.
I booked hotel Emeralds place Venice via booking.com
came to check in. The owner of the hotel (there is no reception - just him by appointment) didn't check me in. Wrote and signed paper that he cancel booking by his will and do not charge me for this booking.
Through me away. Few days later he charged my card for 2 nights staying (full cost of booking).
Booking com gave my card to this sick person, he refused that he wrote paper I asked him to write of his cancelaltion of this booking. Also I asked him to call to booking com customer support and talk to them this time. Booking com advised me to manage this problem directly with the hotel. But how I can do it as he refuse everything.
1.booking com - sell your card to stranger. Scam? credit cards fraud?
2. you cannot do nothing, just go again to Venice with this paper of the owner signed to local Venice police. I will see what they say, but situation is: never give your current card to booking com and to other booking sites.
Of course avoid such a sick person as owner of Emeralds place hotel Venezia.
