Lovely colours but delivery took too long, had to wait over a month to receive the goods.

I’m sorry that you are unhappy with our service on this occasion. Unfortunately sometimes issues outside of our control arise causing delays.
Following your order on 27th January, your parcel was originally dispatched within our standard processing time on 15th February.
As you are aware, this was returned to us due to an issue with the address and we re-sent it the next working day on 12th March.
The tracking details are stating that the parcel is with customs in the destination country now, so it should be with you within a few days.
