No refunds on sale items even for poor quality items.
Bought a Helena Jumpsuit and had an immediate problem with the quality, whilst I did initially agree to a store credit, the more I thought about it the more unfair it became.
You know it’s a problem when the CUSTOMER offers to pay for postage and even a restocking fee yet still no acceptable outcome can be accommodated.
I am now also super wary that items seem to be constantly on sale - looks like a way to obfuscate the need for a refund for poor quality.
I honestly would not recommend at all - outside of if this was a bad jumpsuit or their normal quality, the lack of customer service was mind blowing.
