A great time saver for this independent musician.

Wonderful brightness

I wish to alert others about my recent experience with eMastered, which has raised serious concerns about their billing practices. Three years after my last authorized transaction, I discovered an unexpected charge of $156 on my credit card attributed to eMastered. Upon contacting their customer support, they acknowledged the issue and promised a refund within 2-3 working days. However, moments later, I received another email citing 'technical issues' at my bank's end, preventing the refund process. This was followed by a receipt for the supposed refund attempt, which, upon further investigation, appears to be inauthentic. As of now, the promised refund has not been processed.

This experience has been deeply unsettling, and I regret sharing my credit card details with eMastered. I strongly advise everyone to exercise caution and vigilance with their subscriptions and to consider my experience when dealing with eMastered.

The options of how to master the track, make the experience very smooth and simple. Also being given the chance to listen to it before you finalize it, ensures you putting out the best quality project.

eMastered did help me out of a problem with my account and therefore with mastering my tracks. Their attention and service was excellent.

I've used eMastered I guess more than 3 years now! I love it, I actually do use it in different ways like on tracks or for a highly squeezed track to offset via Bus work etc. Nowadays I make AI music and use eMastered to master it and in literally a click its pretty tremendous, full stop.

Would personally not recommend it. It’s a useful tool but BandLab is free and better. Having used E M for over a year and 8+ tracks.

They trap you into a yearly subscription where you can’t leave and if you do choose to opt out, they forcibly try to take money from your account for the remaining months but before that constructively try to retain you by randomly reducing the price (which is quite expensive if you’re only using it once a month) and making it difficult to move on with opting out.

So would not recommend it.

BandLab is by far the best. Hope this helps…

The platform has been easy to use and has taken my music to the next level. Being new to music from this perspective, I knew how I wanted my music to sound but didn't know how to make that happen and figured I would have to spend a lot of money. Thanks to emastered I was able to create the sound I was looking for in a very affordable way.

The mastering is also not that great/ they are better alternative elsewhere.
