You purchased a manual clearly marked on the product page as being in OVA format, which requires a virtual machine to open. This is not hidden; it’s mentioned upfront and also shown in the video preview.

We also provided remote support to help you get everything set up, but you declined and instead requested a different file format, which unfortunately doesn’t exist for this particular manual.

Factory Service Manual 2011 Dodge Journey
I was looking for a factory service manual to diagnose an electrical problem on a 2011 Dodge Journey. It was necessary for all of the vehicle's electrical system schematics to be included. The manual received was the OEM factory service manual including all 10,316 pages. I had an issue locating the table of contents for the manual. eManualOnline assisted me in a timely manner to resolve this issue. Customer Support Was Really Helpful
I was unable to use the manual in the format it was originally sent which required me to use a virtual machine. My Lenovo tablet that I use in my shop is android based and does not support virtual machines but I read it can be done, just not easily. I contacted customer service and they sent me another link to a PDF file which worked just fine.

The E manual wouldn’t open.
The E manual I received was in OVA format which means nothing to me. Im a mechanic. The help staff was very helpful that’s why 2 stars, but if you’re not computer savvy you may want to steer clear. I spent a few hours trying to navigate and tapped out. I had to buy another manual in standard pdf format.
