When I first downloaded the manual I ordered it was in Russian and I needed English. It was late on a Saturday so I really thought it would be a hassle to get the right manual, but "RJ" answered right away and I had the correct manual download by Sunday afternoon! It's easy to like a company when everything goes right. It even easier when you get to see how well they handle things when something goes wrong. I ordered a manual, waited a short while for a link, and when it came through it was for the wrong publication. I was disappointed and emailed support, giving them a copy of my order with the right item ad told them about the incorrect item received, and requesting either a correction or a refund. At 9:00 PM, well after most company's hours, I got a response apologizing for the error and giving me a link to exactly what I needed. That, friends, is great service.
