Bad communication
Makes promises but once the death line is reached he will stay offline for a while

Despite everything Elyisum has been going through this year and this past year with tariffs and backorders, I think they handled everything the best they could with what they had. With constant updates and communication. I believe this brand will be able to move past this and flourish.

Price was ridiculously high. Canceled service. Got a cancelation refund receipt. Six weeks later still no refund. Lots of us excuses and promises of call backs that never happen.

I love this brand. My first order was a super easy and great experience. My second order had some bumps in the road but with some patience and regular correspondence via Discord and Instagram, I was able to get everything settled and receive my package in great condition.
This young team is filled to the brim with creativity and hard-working artists. They are out here competing with some of the most popular anime outfitting companies.
It was a shame that they got hit so hard by issues caused by the orange moron in the white house. But i think with time this brand is going to become a big name. Give it 3 years and these guys are gonna be top dog!

Bought an Elysium black ring and it showed up grey. Like bright stainless steel grey. Despite multiple communications they refuse to return. It is very frustrating as it is very expensive and was supposed to be a unique engagement ring. Very unhappy.

I've had the worst experience with Elysium.com. I spent over $800 on items, and 6 months later, I’ve received nothing. Every attempt to get updates or support has been met with silence or vague excuses.

They ghost customers, make false promises, and don’t deliver items at all. I personally contacted them via Discord asking for a refund, and they claimed it was already initiated — that was a lie. I received no confirmation from PayPal or my bank.

I’ve now had to escalate this with PayPal and will be waiting nearly a month for the result. This is beyond frustrating — they clearly overestimate their capabilities and have no idea what customer service is.

I would NEVER recommend this website to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. It’s disgusting how they’ve handled this.

Stay away.

Placed an order in January for One Piece theme clothing. Contacted them in February for update, was ignored. Attempted second contact, was told order would be shipped 3/15. Contacted them 3/18 to confirm shipping, was ignored. Tried again 3/24 and was told a manager would be contacted for more details. Never heard back. Total scam, don’t waste your time or money.

I just got an email today from elysium support. I ordered on Dec 2 2024. Essentially after months in the dark they are canceling my order. They offered store credit (bad can't trust them with my money), a wait on a replacement for it (another 6-8 weeks by their estimation but obviously that means nothing based on this experience), my order can be replaced with a similar item (which I doubt they would uphold either at this point), or a full refund that I may have to wait weeks to receive because their broke asses over promised, under delivered, and already spent so many other people's money who also now need refunds.

Bad company. Steer clear.
