Shoes were of terrible quality posed as high quality - could find better in Primark. Returns require original packaging, despite that being a clear plastic wrap that offered no structural protection to the shoes, which were very squashed. Fine print of the return policy is that bras cannot be returned even if unused, and any return postage has to be paid by you.
