Hi, I'm Bhavika, the person behind Elysian Guidance. I started Elysian Guidance because I know what it feels like to be lost, to keep things to yourself, and sometimes not even understand what you're feeling or why you're feeling it. For a long time, I struggled to express myself and feel understood. Slowly, through my own experiences, learning, and self-reflection, I started understanding myself better. I'm still learning, and I genuinely believe that's okay. That's what Elysian Guidance is about. It's a space for people who feel stuck, confused, or tired of repeating the same patterns, whether it's in their relationships, career, family, confidence, or life in general. As an Identity and Self-Discovery Coach, I help people explore their thoughts, recognise their patterns, understand their needs, and find their own direction. My approach includes honest conversations, journaling, guided reflection, and practical exercises. I also bring in practices from NLP, Reiki, Ho'oponopono, chakra work, and meditation, depending on the session. Through my *Lost to Found* approach, individual coaching, group sessions, and other reflective and spiritual services, my intention is to make personal growth feel a little less overwhelming. I also offer a free 40-minute Clarity Call for anyone who wants to understand my approach before deciding whether to work together.
