Ordered two pieces of artwork, one came damaged and both artwork did not have the intensity of colour when compared to the website sales photos. I appreciate there is a difference between screen resolutions but it was more than expected. Paul at Elysian Bespoke worked with me to get the artwork altered quickly and I am very happy with the result. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final product.

Couldn’t have received better service from Elysian. Jenny was very helpful when we rang to see if we could visit the studio. Paul showed us the piece of hand poured resin artwork we were interested in and offered to change the colour balance to suit our room. It was made up within a week and we love it in situ. Highly recommend this friendly and really professional company.

I ordered the wrong piece in error, so emailed the following day. Luckily, Paul saw my email before the order was despatched and confirmed he had swopped it.

I recently purchased the Fluidity No 46 metal wall art. This is the 3rd piece that I have purchased from Elysian Bespoke and to say I’m pleased with it is an understatement. After my order I contacted Paul to ask if he could add a touch of green to it to match the colour of the wall it would go on. Paul was more than happy to do this and kept me informed throughout. The piece arrived a day after it was finished and looks fantastic! Would highly recommend!

We received our metal wall art today absolutely outstanding the quality is 10 out of 10. Looks absolutely magnificent.

I have bought 3 prints from Elysian Bespoke, and a few months after my purchased I noticed a very small part of the bonding had failed on one of the prints. It was quite unnoticeable, but decided to let the company know regardless. I spoke with Paul and he quickly arranged a brand new print to be delivered to my address free of charge, and said I could do with the original one as I like.

Considering I had emailed months after my purchase, I did not expect to recieve such amazing service from Elysian Bespoke, but I am very happy with their customer service and even happier than I got a new print, as the quality of them are unmatched and very much worth splashing a bit more out on.

Beautiful art, prompt & secure despatch

Paul could not be more helpfull in agreeing a bespoke piece of art and allowed us to view initially after completed, we asked for some changes to meet our requirements and paul re-done the art work and it was fantastic, overall great owner, fantastic product and service, we would highly recommend.
