box was clean and intact when it got here. the texture of the cream is smooth and it soaks in fast which is perfect for my evening wind-down routine.

I ordered 2 lip plumping oils for my lips I am so disappointed after waiting ages for delivery and them costing £39.99 the lip plumping oil is like water not even moisturing or plumping at all more like water.
I could of brought a better lip gloss from poundland. I have tried to email these people concerning this and the emails are not sending.
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. All of there pics and videos of the lip plumping oil are not real it's so upsetting when u look forward to a product u spend alot of money on and it's complete rubbish!!!!!!!

I got a full £39.99 refund
I was offered a 10% refund which I refused then I was offered a 30% refund which I refused. After I had sent them atleast 25 emails I got a 100% refund it can be done but u have to refuse the offer till they offer u 100% also mentioned trading standards helps alot to.
PEOPLE DO NOT STOP HARASSING THEM TIL U GET UR REFUND.
To anyone thinking of ordering from this site DO NOT DO it!! And to the people still trying for a refund just keep refusing there offer once u accept the offer there's nothing else u can do.

I ordered a man spray 5 days ago ,it ‘s like a scam company . I didn’t receive any email for confirmation of ordered. And they took $75 from my account , and I don’t know where can I ask ?. They ‘re thieves

I did a one off purchase for 3 bottles of body oil. The following month I received an email saying that my order was being despatched. I did not place an order and cancelled. They fortunately didn't send the order. I again received a further email in December saying my order was being prepared for shipping. I again cancelled the order but they are still sending me another 3 bottles which I do not want. They have already taken the money from my bank account. I have now requested my bank to put a block on this company. Do not use this company. Their working practices leaves a lot to be desired.

I have not bought this product because I saw it had 5 stars in Trustpilot so I had to check it out.

I ordered a elycura spray for ED and it was like spraying water on my penis. Nothing happened. What’s this stuff all about? I would like a refund?

MY REFUND HAS BEEN INCREASED TO 30% !! CONSIDERING THEY HEAVILY ADVERTISE 100% NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, THIS IS A LIE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
Sent me a completely different item to what I ordered then blamed the warehouse/packing.
I ordered a lip plumper and a lip oil. I received 2 lip oils,which incidentally were not the items on their website, they are a cheap substitute from China which is almost water in a tube.
Ive read another review from a customer saying the same thing. How is this company still trading? Its clearly some kind of scam.
I found it strange that customers cannot leave reviews on their website and all of the reviews are 100% positive. Clearly false reviews, another trading standards breach.
To add insult to injury, they have offered 20% of the cost of the item as a refund.
If I dont receive a full refund, which is what they guarantee on their website,I will DEFINITELY be informing trading standards. Im sick of online companies trying to keep customers money .

I accidentally ordered a product from this site mistaken it for another website. They took the money out of my account straight away but I never even received a confirmation email, absolutely heart broken as the product I was going to buy for my daughter as Christmas present is now not available on the website I should of ordered on.

Please can someone give me a contact number for this company as I am reporting them to Martin Lewis and trading standards.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! ⚠️⚠️⚠️I would give minus stars if I could! I bought a hair removal product from this site and spent £33 saying it would work. They had a "30 day" money back guarantee. It doesn't work at all! The cream stinks, doesn't remove hair and burns and just a total waste of money. I asked for my money back and that I would send back the unopened box. NEVER CONTACTED ME!!! Don't waste your time or money. This so called company is a huge scam! Hope no one else falls for this crap.

UPDATE: I will be contacting Trading Standards. This should've never come to this point! No emails about anything concerning my order even though I contacted them several times with no answers. They put up numerous ads on FB saying products are based in the UK, that the products work, and if not happy a refund or something....it's all a big scam! It's unfair to trust companies like this just take advantage of others!

Purchased 2 lip oil plumbing for almost £30(£29.75)
Not only the lip oil did not plumb but did nothing at all, it’s like applying water to your lips.
Anyway I contacted them and after few emails they replied with the offer of 10% of refund (£2.98 over the £29.75 paid), a total joke!
Please Elycura STOP scamming people!

I ordered one product and got something entirely different which I could have got at a fifth of the price on Ebay. Asked for a rebate and keep getting different offers of compensation which do not come close. I repeat Total Scam, do not buy from this firm.

If I could give this company nil stars, then I would!! Just like many others customers, I was SCAMMED too. I ordered 2 Lip Plumpify serums for £34.99 and recieved 2 extremely cheap Lush Lip Serums instead that you can buy from other online companies for less than £5. No chance of contacting this company for my refund.So how can I possibly get my my back.? Their 30 day guarantee does not exist! Please be warned and go straight to Trustpilot reviews....before ordering from these SCAMMERS!!!! This company originally used the name UK Elyssencederma.com but when they gave a lengthy apology and a promise to either refund my money or send me the original products that I had ordered from them.I replied but the new email address elycura.com was not recognised and my email reply was unable to be sent. So I assume that this was just another part of their Scam!! I have wasted many hours trying to get in touch with this company and all I can hope for now is to warn other customers not get Scammed as I did!!!

Totally ripped off . Paid 24.99 for lip plumping oil. The same oil is on amazon for 4.99. Shocking . Am in process of getting my money back but not holding out much hope . Do not order without checking other sites

I agree with the lady about the lip plumping, sure this is a scam for that amount of money. Says from the UK, but shipping was from China and took weeks.
I wish Facebook was able to say from China, not so many of us would be scammed.

I ordered Plumping moisture Lip serum for £27, when it came it was not what I had ordered at all. It was a cheap copy, even the packaging was different. Very cheap tat. It dried my lips instead of moisturising them. I will never use Elycura again, they have also ignored my emails
