Other than bein a burnt copy I’m satisfied with ur product

Following a parcel ordered on November 24th on their website, I obtained a tracking by DLH.
The tracking stopped on November 29. As there was a strike at Canada Post, this could explain the delay.

However, I wrote on December 20 to find out what the situation was.
I wrote:
“Hello,
I never received the DVD I bought on your site.
The last update on the Shop application, with the DHL tracking number, was on November 29, “Inbound Flight Arrived”.
Do you know why it hasn't been delivered yet?
In the meantime I have received other parcels delivered by DHL.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards”.

The reply was one of the most unprofessional I've ever received.
“Blame your postal strike !!! So easy !!! Nothing was sent out anymore. Started again after the strike ended!”

To which I replied:
“This is not a satisfactory answer.
My question is: do you know where the package is? Has it been lost? Will delivery be restarted? Has another one been sent?
If it's delivered by DHL, why does it go through Canada Post?”

The answer is even worse, and shows a total lack of professionalism and the minimum you'd expect from a business:
“Some people are even too DUMB to track a package. Don't waste my time anymore with your brainless bullshit”.

This is totally unacceptable. This is clearly an amateur site incapable of delivering decent customer service. I see several other comments along exactly the same lines. This means that if anything goes wrong, you'll never get your DVD back, nor your money of course.
It looks like a fraudulent website.

Total rip off. Poor communication: kept saying item was on its way to US. Tracking was bogus. Never arrived. Wouldn’t respond to refund request. BEWARE!!!!

Anything with Danny Kaye and Dame Margaret Rutherford is very funny!

Let purchasers know that they must provide an email to download any versions of the movies and receive confirmation of their purchase also.

While customer service is excellent, the 1982 Witness for the Prosecution (all regions) dvd does not play in my Sharper Image portable dvd player. It has strange selections that go nowhere. Maybe I’ll get an all regions dvd player in future. But thank you for excellent your customer service!
