Waiting for a parcel from Ebay's new Simple Delivery Option. My parcel was supposed to be here Wednesday, didn't turn up. Promised Thursday, didn't turn up, promised today (Friday), guess what, not turned up. It scares me to say it, but I think I'll go back to using Royal Mail

Update, promised today between 3 & 5pm, Sat 15th.... 3.52pm...not here yet
4.14pm, just been told that delivery is now Monday, Simple Delivery???!!!

What a joke. Ordered from Hawkstone brewery 12 bottles of cider. Tracking showed parcel at my local delivery depot. Then heard nothing for 4 days. put in a complaint via the useless chat bot waited another 2 days and then (via the app) told to contact the sender. No contact what so ever from Every. After contacting the sender I did get a full refund. They did offer to replace the cider but I informed them as long as they use Evri we would not be buying from them anymore.

Next Ordered some pasta sauce from Diddly Squat Farm of the 6 we ordered 2 were smashed. Ordered another 6 pasta sauce, this parcel disappeared!!!! again absolutely no contact from Evri. Just informed Diddley we will not order from them as long as they use a company as poorly run as Ever. not sure who does run Elvi but I do they they are totally incompetent...

Every thing about this company hasn't changed the name may have changed, but their delivery policy is still terrible parcels delivered to completely different buildings when they get the right address they give you an estimated delivery time then not deliver at all ,absolutely awful I only wish the mail order company I deal with ditch them they are crap.!!!!!!!

Absolutely appauling again. Driver just throws the parcel over the gate which is on a main road and not near my front door. I complain and they do not respond. Elvi were supposed to be an improved service after they took over from previous owner - obviously not so. Cause much stress to me !!’n

On time. Pleasant delivery driver, easy to track. Never had problem

I would've posted 0* but apparently 1* is the minimum.
I made an order with an online company on 13th December 2022 for an item to be delivered by 22nd December 2022.
The item arrived at the delivery company Evri one day later on the 14th December 2022.
When the item hadn't moved from the delivery firm, or any indication it would move, by the 24th December 2022 I found it virtually impossible to contact Evri.
I also tried to cancel the order but I have no written evidence of that.
And then on the morning of 16/01/2023 Email confirmation of a delivery of the item that afternoon.
Delivered at the appointed time.
33 days from arriving at Evri.
Finally the artificial Christmas Tree expected for Christmas December 2022 arrived – but at least well in time for the 2023 Christmas celebrations.

Attempted delivery to me 7th,14th Aug, 17th 22nd 25th Sept.
NO call to advise they were here OR when they are coming, despite Web site saying they give 2 hr window. I notified ELvi 3 times to press a different no flat....... I am clearing out my mother's, 2 doors from mine. NO calling card left! Tried the service no, computor voice would not accept the tracking number!! PLEASE, PLEASE what do I do now?????

Do not shop at ELVI they treat their customers very badly They do not answer E Mails or phone calls. We had to take them to small claims court before they got in touch with me . and their only worry was that we would stop the court proceedings In the end they did settle .only after over 2months
