Solid programme. They know their stuff and it's worked well for me. I'd give five stars if there was a clearer breakdown of the plan in my dashboard, but it's a minor thing.

I am super disappointed at the terrible customer service. I ordered my medication over 10 days ago and nothing has arrived, the tracking simply says "parcel about to hit the road" and has stayed that way for days (they use Yodel for deliveries which is possibly the worst delivery service known to man). I have emailed their customer services days ago but no one has bothered to answer and now I am getting closet to weekly injection day with no medication. Avoid and stick to trusted providers, they might be more expensive but there is a reason for that! Absolute rubbish business.
UPDATE: I got through to Elva customer service and they have been quite helpful at helping with my order. I still don't have it but it is worth noting that they have been responsive and are genuinely trying to help so I have added 2 stars.
