I'm sorry, we should have informed you that there is a serious problem with delivery of SGW115 silver/gold wire. Last week we again got a delay message.
We excist for over 23 years and lots of professional and enduser customer buy from us. So, you and others don't have to worry about your money and your "waring" is rediculous.
Update: There was a slight error in stock of SGW115WH, there was 5,5m listed but had 4,7m, where you ordered 5m. Weeks after your order SGW115YE came in, but overlooked that we possibly could deliver that instead of WH.
Last week we agreed that we send you SGW115YE and did and at the same time agreed that you would alter your review according to our latest, nice conversation, but you didn't, thanks for that. So, who cannot be trusted here?
By the way, one day after shipping the requested SGW115WH came in where we spent a lot of time to get it for you in fastest possible way. But, if it isn't available, it isn't, despite a bad review.
We did two things wrong: missed that we could send yellow wire and could have been more communicative, sorry for that.
