Received the router from Telenor on 5/08, they were supposed to come and install the fiberbox, not even the fiber cable ( already installed ), but still they have not got back...its 26/08 now. Have tried to call many times, and the result is zero! Absolutely the worst in services!
Sadly a big company that treats its customers like crap.
Any serious company can book appointments and keep them, but no, you cannot, you must have a 2 hour window that we have to sit and wait for you to show up, so can we eat? No, cannot start to make dinner when you don´t know when they will shut down the electricity, but ok, can we go out for dinner, no, we have to sit and wait for 2 hours hoping for them to show.
You cannot book that you will show up within a 2 hour window and expect us to close our business when you show up, thats not like we can tell our suppliers in other countries that we need to hang up now and close our conference becauce ELTEL decided to show up, grow up and behave like all other serious companies, book a time and be there and do you job!!!

Terrible company and customer service. They don't answer the phone don't turn up for agree appointment. Wait in all day and nothing. Telnor are as bad shocking service.
