Don't trust Elorize. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
I ordered a product back in October. By November, I still hadn't received the product, although they were communicating via email, stating it was an issue with stock shortages. I then asked for this order to be cancelled. Then 3 days after my cancellation email i received a tracking update that my product was on the way. Since then i have asked for my money back multiple times. They keep insisting i have another one of their products. I just want my money back, and they are refusing. Saying its the system that won't issue reimbursements. The product i was given is faulty and they don't want to know. There is no customer care at all.
