My puzzle came in a bag instead of the box but it looked like it was being advertised to come in. So three of the pieces came broken

Fun, unique puzzle experience…quality is great!

When I got the puzzle I thought it was a bit smaller than I expected. That was soon dispelled when I realized that it was far more complicated and a bigger version probably would be a nightmare. Great concept and nice finish, Will become an artwork in my home!

Awesome puzzles! I ordered 3 and my daughter and I enjoyed doing them all. We are now keen to order some more!

The actual puzzles were very good, it is the packaging that I despair of.
Actually there is no packaging so the three puzzles I purchased all had broken pieces, lots of them. When I complained I was offered a discount of my next purchase.
There will be NO next purchase.

Really disappointed. I have bought similar puzzles before and they came in lovely wooden boxes with the puzzle picture on the front....really lovely.
This time I bought 3 with the expectation of the puzzles being in a box....not so...they came in cloth bags...no puzzle picture......extremely disappointing and the advertising was misleading.... I won't buy again!!!

Vivid colors and fun puzzle shapes makes these puzzles fun to put together. Excellent quality.

I ordered two puzzles a Ying-Yang and the Fox figure. Delivered in nice soft pouches. Only one piece was broken, but it was a weak piece by design, managed to glue it.
The Large version appeared to me too small, I expected larger, but I can live with it. The pieces fit well, no issue with that. It is fun for at least 2 days.

Pieces don’t fit together very well and makes the pizzle loose and shifts around. The large is is not very big

Multiple broken pieces, even missing some. Never again.

There is no way to give a zero, so they get one. BS tracking numbers. Asked for a review when the product ordered, never showed up. Now reading the other reviews, I don't even care if it shows up. Was a cheap extra gift for my wife's birthday. Now I read the descriptions in the reviews, it's a piece of worthless garbage. Typical China.

I ordered 3 puzzles as small Easter gift for condo neighbors. They were a big hit with 2.I don’t think other woman understood a puzzle, like why? They are very pretty and colors bright. They came as promised in a timely manner ( 10-14 days).They were packed well & cute gift bag .The pieces are small but well made.I think they will enjoy them.

Was very disappointed that it didn't come in the box that was on their ad but in this drawstring bag ,I will not be buying any more puzzles from this company a very bad experence Michelle Micallef//Australia

Not a great product, certainly not what you see on the website. No box; pieces not magnetic; cheap velvet bag; included photo too small to be of use (although I was able to download and print larger photos from the site, so not a total loss).

This is a very fun a different way of puzzling. Challenging and quirky and good entertainment. I recommend.

Beautiful, colourful and challenging puzzle with extra secrets to uncover. Comes in a sensible classy bag. No big clear picture to guide you, that’s what made it pleasantly challenging. This will make a great gift for those that like a challenge. Thank you.
