I’ve gotten a few qualifications now and I found that the courses are easy to understand, you can work at your own pace and videos are very clear and thorough. Also Helena was incredibly helpful, happy to answer any and all questions and provide useful feedback.

I really enjoyed this course, the content was clear, easy to follow and gave me the confidence and the skills to start my journey as a nail tech. I am so happy I choose this course and definitely recommend it!

I had such a great experience with EL Nail School. From the very beginning, communication was amazing. Super quick, clear, and she was always happy to help with any questions before the course, which instantly put me at ease.

When I arrived, she was so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Out of all the courses I’ve done, this one genuinely stood out because she creates such a comfortable and supportive learning environment. She actively encourages you to ask as many questions as you need, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the training.

You can tell she genuinely loves teaching and sharing her craft. It never felt rushed or transactional, more like learning from someone who is truly passionate about helping others grow, rather than just doing it for the money. That made such a huge difference to the overall experience.

I also left with so many goodies, which I definitely wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. She even followed up afterwards with links to all the products and bits we’d discussed that would suit what I needed/preferred, which shows how much she cares about her students even after the course has finished.

Overall, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and honestly I couldn’t fault her one bit. I’d absolutely book with her again without hesitation, and that says a lot considering I travelled 1.5 hours each way to train with her. It was 100% worth it.

I had such a great experience on the BIAB/efile/gel polish course with Helena. She was so patient, attentive, and explained everything in lots of detail. Helena is an amazing teacher! She is really knowledgeable, professional and friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you start. I never felt like I was asking too many questions and she really encourages you to make sure you understand everything thoroughly. I feel so much more confident after completing the course, and continued support is offered after the 1:1 session which is amazing. I chose EL Nail School because I wanted to become a qualified nail technician and earn an accredited diploma—and this course offered exactly that. Helena has been absolutely brilliant, always answering my questions in detail and providing amazing feedback. She has been incredibly supportive throughout, and the training itself is so thorough and detailed.
