no warm water as the anode was not even installed. missing kitchen tools even if we paid the kitchen kit. failing battery after 3 days. no power if we were not running the engine. no compensation proposed which is poor service in my opinion for a 3x returning customer. Will look for other options next time

We were happy with the layout of the motorhome. The bathroom is a little tight to use. The refrigerator latch should be redesigned. We did put duct tape over it so it wouldn’t fly open. The muffler did seem loud but that could just be the case with motorhomes.

Terrible communication. No help provided even after calling and emailing multiple times. Lied to us about the mile count at the start of the trip but luckily we could proof by our picture that it was incorrect. Really arrogant owner who told us that the batteries probably died multiple times because we didn’t drive long enough, while we had in all cases driven more than 6 hours and only stood still for one night. Gas leakage in the middle of the night without finding the cause was the worst part. Never renting here again.
